The public information on the Carter Page FISA Application does not match the briefing Rosenstein received prior to signing the renewal. This is a highly significant revelation.

Those documents were sworn to – under oath – and vetted by FBI Agents. Consider the ramifications if they were false…

or…

Perhaps its the leaks regarding what’s in the FISA Application that are false.

There will be no ramifications if they are false unfortunately.

The repeated perjuries and misconduct by the DOJ and FBI will not be prosecuted. They do mean that Mueller will recommend the prosecution of the President. Too much DOJ and FBI criminal misconduct, pointing directly to Obama will be exposed publicly. Mueller's investigation is really continuation of a cover up up and misconduct that started under Obama, and his own actions implicate him in it.

You are absolutely correct. Trump will be indicted and/or investigated and harassed by the DS until the day he dies.

I’m not usually a listener, I am a visual learner, but this really intrigued me (I was multitasking). The logic is good and Rod is in deep doodoo.

Start around 30 minute mark.

Aw crud. I goofed in my post.

"They do mean that Mueller will NOT recommend the prosecution of the President." (sorry!)

If Mueller goes for prosecution, then discovery goes both ways. Everything Mueller did is under the same microscope. What he knew of all the FISA warrants and investigations before Trump was elected, and McCabe's going after Trump after Rosenstein recommended Trump fire Comey, and how the FBI was involved in the Steele dossier will become public. By looking the other way to all that, Mueller sets himself up for accusations of prosecutorial misconduct.

So he's going after Manafort and Cohen for what happened years before Trump ran office. I really doubt he will recommend prosecuting Trump. Any prosecution of the President will make the DOJ and FBI look like they are the DNCs and Clinton's personal stooges. Neither the DOJ or FBI can afford risking that.

Ahem! Haaarumph!! Cough-cough! To anyone actually paying attention, the FBI & DOJ undoubtedly WERE and still ARE the Clintons’ personal stooges. With Comey, Rosenweasel, Mueller and McCabe the Joint Chiefs of Stooge!

Thanks! There is also a previous DOJ opinions that you cannot indict a sitting President. This would put him even more at risk of a charge of bias.

If there is anything he has to hope that its brought up in the various trials and made available to the House which could try to impeach him. In the end the real goal is to create the impression of crimes that can be used against him in the next election.

Yes. Clapper purjury et. al. I do not think it will be the S.C. prosecuting them. That I think will fall to others.

Perhaps but the first order of business is impeachment. The dem House have the votes and will tar Trump with impeachment.

The DoJ and FBI ought to be shut down entirely and all of their papers declassified and made public.

It’s time for some real oversight, from we the people. Let’s find out what is going on in these dens of iniquity and purge the evil before it grows further.
