My thoughts: Cohen didn't say anything against Trump...until Rosenstein forced Trump's SDNY Atty to recuse -- and then Preet Bhahara's boys went to work on lifting every rock in Cohen's sordid "career". When they saw what a massive criminal he really was, it was easy to threaten him with DECADES in jail if he didn't turn on Trump. BUT...once caught, he should have kept his loyalty to Trump and did a G Gordon Liddy and shut his mouth. But he worm-turned to bid it down to 3 years. Now he may not last that long. MORAL: Always be a man. Especially when it's hard. ~montag

Cohen will not get whacked in prison...but...he will get used and abused by an excited, awaiting, inmate group. Maybe the prison authorities will keep Cohen in isolation for his three year term.

I used to buy car parts and stereos off the mob in Chicago. When i was 18 , I had mobsters watching out for me as I went out clubbing in Chicago. We always have to say there is no mafia.
But if there was, 9/11 and the diversion or resource to terrorism, coupled wit the influx of MANY Sicilians and their VERY low key approach has actually made the NY families stronger over the past 2 decades.
As for spilling the beans, my father’s generation that grew up in the 20s and 30s, heck prison wasn’t much worse than home.
Today’s gangster kids grow up in million dollar homes and drive 100,000 dollar cars.
Prison doesn’t look so good to them.
