Yet another selective prosecution has been designed to get the president, or at least another one of his friends.
In 2016, Roger Stone, a volunteer in sometimes-contact with Steve Bannon of the Trump presidential campaign, wanted to know what was going on with WikiLeaks and how it might help Donald Trump. Christopher Steele, employed by the Hillary Clinton campaign, wanted to get dirt on Donald Trump to prevent him from becoming president. Both were trying to dig up fodder on their political opponent.
One stands indicted today, after a guns-drawn raid by the FBI and the other is safely out of reach of Congress in London.
Robert Mueller has, once again, found the man first and then the crimes created by the investigation...
...But it is another in a series of events that questions whether our legal system has devolved to that of Venezuelas one in which opposition political leaders are targeted for takedown and, if youre on the good side, you simply smile your way through as the criminal legal referrals against you are tossed into the garbage can.

I honestly don’t know how anyone can claim that Mueller is an honest and honorable man.
Discovery is going to be interesting
Find the commercial Stone made last summer taunting Mueller. Had to do with Russia (vodka) and daring him to arrest Stone!
Stone has the right to defend himself AND bring out truths to show his innocence. Dnc is already accusing him of stealing the dnc files. Am wondering if Stone has inside information of Seth’s murder.
Stone doesn’t call himself the “master of dirty tricks” for no reason.
Briarpatch time.
Hope the televise it!
I’m so ashamed of those participating agents/officers. I would have bucked.
He is not. The only thing that worries me about Barr is his friendship with Mueller.
Mueller served as a U.S. Marine in Vietnam who came under heavy enemy fire. That’s the story anyway. Also he’s a former FBI Director. Despite what he’s doing now, he does deserve respect for that.
Bobby’s New Yawk Deli is running out of “ham sandwiches”. Time to wrap it up Bobby. You friggin’ crook.
How is it not collusion? It seems like working with Wikileaks, which is simply a vehicle of Russian intelligence operations that did the hacking, is pretty much the definition of collusion. The links were in both directions, frequent, illegal and intended to impact the election. What’s not collusion?
“...he does deserve respect for that...”
Once a Marine always a Marine...unless and until they betray the Corps. He did.
What specific laws did Stone break prior his testimony to Congress? Hint: he wasn’t charged with any.
No, he doesn’t deserve respect for his term as FBI Director. Ever looked at his actions as director? He was corrupt as can be and abused his power. Read Louie Gomerts summary of about ten cases under Mueller that show that what he is doing now is no different than his abuse of power as Director.
If the M in the author’s name is Mark, he is the Democrat party and Clinton aide, who appears on Hannity a lot.
If it is he...WOW. If it is not...sorry.
Selective prosecution Hillary chuckles thanks Bob.
Ditto.
Commanding officer told me where I was going and what I was to do? Would have told him to go f**k himself.
Still NOTHING is being done, no QUESTIONS being asked.
A normal FBI, not the rogue one that exists now, in Washington would have immediately asked why it necessitated 29 armed agents, body armour, full auto rifles to arrest a senior citizen.
The leak to CNN? Everyone involved strapped to take a lie-detector.
But in this now KBG/Gestapo era of the USA, none of that is going to happen.
By being complicit in an administration that denigrated law enforcement (his time in the Obama administration), he defined himself as undeserving of respect from the law enforcement community. Comey was an FBI director also, and he doesn't deserve unqualified respect just for that either.
I would pay folding money to watch Stone's trial.
Problem with your theory, Stone wasn’t charged with “collusion”. A term that does not exist in the US Code.
Whitey Bulger.
Mueller did to Whitey what he is now doing for the DNC and Hillary.
Stood against a wall in front of a Marine Rifle Squad is the respect he 'deserves'.
