How is it not collusion? It seems like working with Wikileaks, which is simply a vehicle of Russian intelligence operations that did the hacking, is pretty much the definition of collusion. The links were in both directions, frequent, illegal and intended to impact the election. What’s not collusion?

What specific laws did Stone break prior his testimony to Congress? Hint: he wasn’t charged with any.

Problem with your theory, Stone wasn’t charged with “collusion”. A term that does not exist in the US Code.

Its rare that I see so many falsehoods packed into two sentences without a Washington Post byline preceding it.

Always the FR contrarian...

Really? They are?

OK, then can you please source this. (And not DU or CNN)

I actually get where you are coming from. It might be collusion (term of art, not a legal term) if Stone had been negotiating with Wikileaks to steal the emails. It might be collusion of Wikileaks had stolen them, and Stone was negotiating their release. But that's not what happened. Wikileaks is effectively CNN in this story - a news organization that received leaked information. To inquire or or request or demand release of information, after the fact, from Wikileaks is nothing.

Stone was an idiot for lying about it though, and worse than an idiot for trying to get others to lie to cover up for him. He deserves no sympathy or defense for that here.

Collusion is not a crime.
