I don't know what it is about our adults who are supposed to be looking out for our children.

Remember last year when a Houston-area West University Place city councilwoman yelled obscenities at three teen-age girls who were on a line to buy cookies for their nearby church function?

For some reason, these adults lose all sense of propriety when they see these shirts and hats.
