Well our daughter lives in downtown Oakland (10th and MLK). There is a park nearby that has had a large homeless encampment for several years. The property to the north now has a 30 story building nearing completion. The park, unlike the area a few blocks away under the elevated part of I-580 is now clear of any “homeless” people. Our daughter says it’s because the building owner demanded the city clean up the place.

So they live in squalor for years, no sign of any improvement or incentive to make their lives and communities better because they wait for rat politicians to support them, and once again its whities fault
If she can it will come from her sleep and my remark was off base but as an 80 year old White man I am tired of White men being put down. I was a Police Officer for 32 years and I will bet no one can come up with me ever disrespecting anyone,especially Black people.
