Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will miss next week’s court sessions and work from home, but her recovery from early-stage lung cancer surgery remains "on track" and no further treatment is needed, the court announced Friday.

“Justice Ginsburg will continue to work from home next week and will participate in the consideration and decision of the cases on the basis of the briefs and the transcripts of oral arguments. Her recovery from surgery is on track,” Supreme Court public information officer Kathy Arberg said in a statement. “Post-surgery evaluation indicates no evidence of remaining disease, and no further treatment is required,” she said.

That’s ok, she’s circling the drain.

Before she fell and broke her ribs in September she said she had another 5 years of work in her.

Then they found cancer. Again. At 85.

Her zeal for the arena will inevitably wane, and do so rapidly.

Many joke that she will die on the bench.

I don’t believe it. Not even close.

She’ll seek the respite of family and friends, look to mend broken relationships etc.

Just like everyone that’s eighty friggin’ five with multiple health issues.

Oh man... That’s devious... lol

Know what though? I wonder how much power the local law enforcement has to do “physical” welfare checks on locals no matter who they are? “Sorry... Got to see her and and ask her if she is OK then we will go on our way”. lol

It is time for some serious accountability though. Maybe Trump could announce he is going to go personally visit and wish her a speedy recovery. If they are pulling a scam they will scramble just hearing it... :)

Is there any way to demand “proof of life”. How long do we have to take the lefts’ worthless word that she is “recovering” at home?

““Post-surgery evaluation indicates no evidence of remaining disease, and no further treatment is required,”

What this means is that Ruth Bader Ginsberg is too frail or her prognosis is too poor for chemotherapy. There is no way with a healthy young person that they would remove that much lung tissue and not follow up with chemotherapy.

It sounds like the Notorious RGB is in hospice care.

Yep... Even though it was environmental propaganda, it was a decent story and plot.

If RBG was a conservative the media would be breaking down the door to verify for themselves if she is able to perform her duties.

“proof of life”

Once confirmed, there is a singular authority over a USSC Justice.

The US Congress.

And then, only if the House feels it necessary to impeach.

And extraordinarily rare event, one that has never happened to a Supreme Court Justice.

Call the Elder Abuse Hotline. Her aides may be forcing her to work, stay awake, be seen in public, etc.

When this poster girl for the RADICAL LEFT leaves the planet, may she spend eternity with the master she's served her entire miserable life hearing the cries of the millions of babies murdered in the former sanctity and safety of their mother's wombs!

Let her side with the Conservatives on a decision and the same lying democrat scum who are now praising her will demand that she come out in public and run a 40 mile marathon to prove she can still do her job.

We are here to announce that Comrade Che Guevara is fine, just fine. Comrade Che is recovering and should make a Party announcement next week. No, not that kind of party.

Chairman Andropov is also fine, just fine. Rumors of a cold are not approved by the Party. The Party thanks you for your cooperation.

Mr. Chernenko has approved this message. That is all.

I made a joke on a hi-fi site about improving the sound quality of my system by using each speaker wire to short out a battery every year until the wire gets warm. The wire is then fully “charged up” for maximum fidelity for at least another year.

I made it up out of whole cloth as a sort of slam on all the expensive snake oil products that people with really, really expensive systems fall for.

Then someone pointed out that there is a real product called a “cable cooker” that does exactly that. I kid you not. Talk about one born every minute...

So yeah. ;)

BTW, here it is: http://www.enjoythemusic.com/magazine/equipment/0404/audioharma.htm

If you actually bother to read it, you’ll notice it takes a while for it to register that it is not a satire site. It is real.

[Her funeral will rival McCain’s for overwrought drama and probably run longer than Aretha’s. ]

Yes, and will lie in state, just like Comrade Brezhnev and Comrade Stalin.

The Democrats at Yahoo and Huffington Post will be inconsolable.

The next SC fight will make Kavanaugh’s look like a cake-walk.
