Multiple sources tonight tell me Ruth Bader Ginsburg is not even in DC, but in New York and preparing to step down from the Supreme Court.
Gorka, as we all understand, is highly connected in the GOP. So this might just be the real deal.

Whhen I was a little girl, I would anger my mom now and then, whch was very easy to do, just to watch that vein pop out in the middle of her forehead as she raved on. I had a hard time keeping a strait face once thhat vein stood up.
Watching the dems freak out over every little thing remiinds me of that entertainment of the vein.
Makes one want to keep poking them with a stick because their reactions are so predictable and hipocritical.
I wish her a full recovery and long retirement. Starting next week.

Well, she was in DC yesterday according to the TMZ video ... leaving from some testing or doctor visit at her oncology center. So, I’m calling BS on this “in New York ready to resign” story.
After his pick I hope Trump reminds the media of the midterms, and how it was, thanks to him, an important partial win for the GOP.
I tend to agree, then if she dies on the bench they will do a weekend at Bernies and still put her on the bench. They will demand a year or two of public morning and demand Trump cannot pick another Supreme during this term as respect?

So the math works like this, assuming Roberts has moved to the Dark Side:
If she’s not on the Court, then a party line vote (4-4) will NOT overturn anything anything from the lower courts. That probably doesn’t help us much if it’s the 9th Circuit, but other circuits which rule in our favor will not be overturned.
If she’s replaced, then we can overturn the 9th and anything else we don’t like (and, of course, uphold what we do like).
If Roberts gives a damn about the future of his adopted kids, then Ruth’s fate doesn’t even matter. Hopefully that’s the case.
She has a daughter in NY. Otherwise, her whole adult life is in DC. Her husband taught at Georgetown.
This is proof that they thought the election was rigged.
Gorka has credibility. I pray his sources are right.
