Trump blinks. We are not getting the wall. It was THE campaign promise. I don’t see him getting re-elected without it. The Rats stole countless race not a word about it. The inevitable was delayed by 4 years is what it amounts to.

Yep. Trump is still peddling the Mexico will pay for it/military will build it fairy tale nonsense this morning and refusing to engage the GOP on this beltway failure theater.

It really does seem Trump doesn’t want to run again in 2020. No fight in him at all. Very disappointing.

The no wall means the end of the Republican party because everyone knows who to blame here and it ain’t Trump.

Trump is preemptively surrendering the battle. This is 100% on him, too. Not good enough. I’m beginning to think he really doesn’t want a wall, either. He’s certainly not willing to go to the mat for it.

Shut down the gov long enough and you probably could get 60. IMO, it’s worth it.

No it’s not. Paul Ryan and the RINOs are to blame. They knew how important this was and chose to fall on their swords and take a golden globalist parachute. If you Republicans think I forget and vote like a brainless lemming again for a chamber of commerce elephant after this then you are dead wrong. I will vote Democrat first.

Pertinent part of the protracted piece.

President Trump is Not The Issue – It’s Those Who Oppose Him…

Posted on  by

Much misplaced anger is visible.  President Trump wants the southern border wall; he is being opposed by every interest who doesn’t want it.  The people in DC who are opposed to border security, are the people who write the laws.  I’m not talking about congress; I’m talking about the real people who actually write the laws, the lobbyists.

Right now Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Minority Leader Chuck Schumer are writing a short-term continuing resolution to fund government and avoid a shutdown.

They know President Trump is quite comfy with a shutdown.

Why would republican Mitch McConnell take such an action that puts the republican President in a position of opposition and compromise?

Because he wants to, that’s why.

President Trump said he wouldn’t sign another CR that didn’t fund the border wall.  Right now Mitch and Chuck are writing a CR that doesn’t fully fund the border wall.  Why would Mitch McConnell do that? Because he want’s to that’s why.  UniParty !

Mitch McConnell, Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi and Paul Ryan are working to put a take it or leave it bill in front of the President and force him to accept it.  Republicans currently control the House and Senate.  Why would McConnell and Ryan put President Trump into that position?  Because they want to, that’s why.

That’s who you should be mad at, not President Trump.

You see, it’s not President Trump who is the issue here; it’s the people who oppose him.  Anger toward President Trump is misplaced; but directing all fire against their enemy is what these Machiavellian sorts are professionals at doing.  That’s exactly what this plan is designed to do.  This is politics.

Who opposes Trump?  The people who write the laws.  Mitch, Paul, Nancy and Chuck are the professional political team who do the bidding of the lobbyists and special interests.  It’s a big club, and we, along with President Trump, ain’t in it.  Getting you mad at President Trump is in the DC interests.  The UniParty knows how to play you.

President Trump represents a second party in Washington DC.  The people who write the laws (lobbyists), and the people who sell the laws (politicians), cannot allow that.  They need to get back to UniParty political business.  They need to get rid of Trump.

Think about it as you direct your fire.

Your enemy is not President Trump.

Carry on….

A little ray of hope:

I’ve mentored a boy who is now 17 and goes to high school in N.H. close to the Mass. border where you would think all the signs pointed towards continued liberal mayhem. He says his classmates are surprisingly conservative and more than willing to call out their very liberal teachers when they know they are spreading propaganda. And they love Trump.

Right on.

By not confirming his eligibility, the Republicans gave us obama. Look where that got us...Trump was elected to salvage what is left of our country, and is fighting Republicans every step of the way.

What we are witnessing now is absolutely surreal. The Republicans control both houses, and yet pelosi and schumer control the narrative, and the decisions....unbelievable.

Trump is alone...I admire him, and wonder why he even tries anymore. He has an uphill fight in 2020. The biggest obstacle in his re-election will be his own party....surreal.

Republicans are responsible for the downfall of this country...they alone.

If you buy off on globalism, “free trade” and also get money from K(China) Street then the Republican strategy makes total sense.

We’ll see. I’m still waiting for the declassification of documents that was ordered months ago. Those documents SHOULD put some current and former FBI, DOJ, etc., senior officials in prison for a long time, but that hasn’t happened yet either. Meanwhile, Mike Flynn’s life is ruined while Hillary and Bubba go on a worldwide speaking tour, the Russians enjoy their enhanced supply of uranium, the Democrats prepare to take over the House and Trump plays rope-a-dope, 4D chess or whatever we’re calling his brilliant “strategy” this month.

” I’m still waiting for the declassification of documents”

Likely wont happen, and if it does most wont care.

I am worried that Trump will be prosecuted after he leaves office (assuming he makes it), just so that deep state can set an example for the rest of us. Word is that sealed indictments against Trump have been filed and are to be opened when he leaves office.

Of all the massive corruption that took place previous to Trump, very very few have been brought up on charges, much less prosecuted. That must tell us something.
