Dear Judge Sullivan:
I am submitting my letter directly since Mike Flynn’s attorney has refused to submit it as well as letters submitted by other individuals.

Michael Flynn has always displayed overwhelming candor and forthrightness. One of the main individuals involved in his case is Andrew McCabe, who used similar tactics against me in my case, of which Mike Flynn defended me by penning a letter of character reference and is a witness. Seeing McCabe was named as a Responding Management Official in my case, he should have recused himself with anything having to do with a character witness on my behalf against him and DOJ.
I’m told by numerous people, but have been unable to confirm, that McCabe was asked why he was so viciously going after Flynn; my name was mentioned. I do know, from experience with McCabe, he is a vindictive individual and I have no doubt Mike’s support of me fueled McCabe’s disdain and personally vindictive aggressive unethical activities in this case. It matches his behavior in my case.
Reliable fact-finding is essential to procedural due process and to the accuracy and uniformity of sentencing. I’m unsure if the fact-finding in this case is reliable, nor do I think we currently have all the facts.

Getting Flynn is about the deep state destroying anyone who stands in their way.
Is there any way that this judge can throw the entire plea agreement out because they didn’t provide Strzok’s 302? How is McCabe still not charged with any crime? The criminal referral went out last April from the inspector general!

The judge can refuse to accept a plea deal. However, if the defendant still wants to plead, it is unlikely that the judge will compel him to go to trial.

By the way, does anyone have Andy McCabe’s home address? If anyone needs encouragement through cards and letters it would be him.

Don’t know exactly where Sara Carter is employed now, but I sincerely hope that she might find some sort of Security advisor, or counselor position to President Donald J. Trump. He definitely needs someone of Sara’s abilities and capabilities in the President’s employ.

General Flynn is the best the US has to offer.
The guillotine puts on a better show. If the blade descends with enough speed, the head leaves the body with a great arc. You could put a basket nearby to catch the head and yell, “Two points!” when it hits. The tremendous flow of blood is entertaining, too.
But they did provide it months later and dated months later, altered the original and destroyed the original. A 302 is to be written immediately after an interview. This is a crime and obstruction of justice.
If Judge Sullivan throws this case against Flynn out with prejudice, the only thing Flynn and the FBI will argue about is how much they pay General Flynn.
Based on Judge Sullivan's past history he appears to be an honest judge concerned with judicial justice and not politics.

Me too. I have been wanting to send him a Christmas card and stuff, for emotional support of course. The guy has been through a lot.
Upon a motion from the defense, this could happen. There will be no motion, however, as then Flynn will stand trial for the original charges, plus any additional ones the Special Prosecutor can find. The trial will be before a D.C. jury that will reflect the racial and political makeup of D.C. Also, charges may be brought against Flynn’s family.
I don’t know why Flynn is making all this fuss. It is a remarkably corrupt system.
I believe the judge can “dismiss with prejudice” - and Sullivan just may do that.
"Doxing" can have serious consequences and should be illegal.........
Actually I think that the judge can dismiss the whole thing but I would guess he accepts it (to protect Flynn’s son) and sentences Flynn to one week, suspended.
