People around here tend to exaggerate and assume the worst about Roberts. He’s still way better than any of the liberals on the court.

I agree with you. Roberts have been a lot more conservative on many issues.

Nope. Just as a bad. We’ll never defeat rampaging fascists with a fifth column in our ranks that gives aid and comfort to the enemy.

The Deep State has less power to pressure people than it did before.

I agree with you.
Even his landmark ruling that "declared Obamacare constitutional" was no such thing. It was actually a fairly narrow ruling that declared the individual mandate to be a legitimate form of taxation.
And ironically, that ruling may effectively be the undoing of Obamacare once the individual mandate "penalty" was reduced to $0.

no question about that.
I’m guessing if this gets as far as SCOTUS, Roberts has to side with Conservatives.
Congress basically revoked his rewrite of Obama Care.

Roberts’ voting history of late was just a notch to the right of Kennedy’s.
He’s the new Swing Vote.
Kav is unknown , but likely to be Roberts’ wing man, yet to be determined how far to the right. Will Kav turn out to be to the right of Gorsuch?

Justices are neither "liberal" or "conservative". They take a POV of how loose they interpret conditional law or circumstances.
In the modern age of Democrat appointments, they are batting 1.000% concerning a promoting a loose and will interpretation, while Republicans are averaging below the Mendoza Line of continuing to make up Bull Feces to promote and adhere to other crap from the past.
Scalia, Thomas, and Rehnquist are "it". Alito shows promise, however, sides with cases involving LEO too heavily on the government's side. Gorsuch shows a lot of promise and may emulate Scalia.
The point is that SC appointments should be perfect, just like how the Democrats are able to pass their "perfect" judges in this modern age. Anything short of perfection is failure.
Thus, Roberts is a failure because he supports stare decisis (Promoting bad opinions/precedence of the past) as well as Kavanaugh (If he means what he says).

I wholeheartedly agree. And if he did cave to Obama because of blackmail, that means there's something that can be used against him again, to rule correctly next time.
