You know this guy, he lives exactly one floor above you, and you "accidentally" shoot him because you "think" you are in your apartment.

A decent enough manslaughter case, but murder is overreaching. And politically, the DAs won’t be able to plead it down. (Black female Republican incumbent was defeated by a lighter skinned male democrat who will end up trying the case - Just part of the Democrats war on women.

So much for all the barracks lawyers who said she’d walk on the basis of “mistake in fact”. A fact has to be reasonable- what she did went well beyond the pale of reason.
