Dispute flares as vote results are certified (NM election results)
The Albuquerque Journal ^ | November 27th, 2018 | Dan Boyd

SANTA FE – New Mexico’s midterm election results were certified Tuesday, but not before a dispute over the legality of online absentee ballots applications roiled a meeting of the State Canvassing Board and prompted questions from Gov. Susana Martinez about whether Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver had overstepped her legal authority.

While the secretary of state, a Democrat, staunchly defended the program’s legal moorings and the integrity of this year’s general election results, Martinez, a Republican, and others suggested the online absentee ballot requests could open the door to voter fraud.

“This is a statutory process, and the statute wasn’t followed,” Pat Rogers, an Albuquerque lawyer, said during Tuesday’s meeting at the state Capitol.

Absentee ballots played a key role in determining the outcome of at least one contest this month – New Mexico’s hotly contested 2nd Congressional District race.

Democrat Xochitl Torres Small defeated Republican Yvette Herrell by 3,722 votes in a race in which nearly 200,000 ballots were cast, according to final results certified Tuesday by the Canvassing Board.

But Torres Small had been trailing in the race until more than 8,000 absentee ballots cast in Doña Ana County – more than double the amount cast in previous years – were added to the vote tally and vaulted her into the lead.

Although she has not provided any evidence of wrongdoing, Herrell has filed a lawsuit seeking to impound the absentee ballots, and her attorney said in a letter to the secretary of state this week that absentee voting is “uniquely susceptible” to irregularities.

We lost NM-2 when everyone went to bed election night with the Pub declared the winner and late the next day 8,000 "absentee" ballots mysteriously showed up in Dem controlled Las Cruces and gave the race to the Dims. I expect the Dem's went out and passed out ballot applications to everyone they could, illegals included, and made sure they mailed them in or went back and collected them. The young woman who won is Hispanic in the mode of that NYC Dem-Socialist. The seat was previously held by a member of the Pub Freedom Caucus who left the seat vacant when he ran for governor and got trounced by a crony of former Governor Bill Richardson. The new Dem SOS now wants (and will likely get as all NM state government is now Dem controlled) same day registration ensuring Rat wins statewide.

NM is blue. You think there’s a legal remedy there? Think again.

This one could get VERY INTERESTING. Hopefully Judicial Watch or others watch this REALLY CLOSE. This could be the hook needed to get the Judicial Branch needs to FINALLY put an end to Voter Fraud...because the Democrats in Congress have NO REASON to improve things.

New federal laws regulating elections need to be written with the latest tactics of fraud being used in mind. You know these tactics will be applied nation-wide once the Dems know they work.

We witnessed same day registration/voting in progress Tuesday Nov. 5.

Curious as to the incentive for literally thousands of people to go through the process like cattle. If it was for patriotic duty to participate in their right to vote why weren’t they already registered, and voting in a local precinct as is the norm.

As we sat there waiting for the traffic left turning into the Registrar of voters in Riverside near Moreno Valley border in front of us, it was obvious the occupants of the cars were primarily of South De Border heritage, and A-A.

I think there was some monetary incentive behind the traffic jam we were stuck in November 5th.

NM is blue. You think there’s a legal remedy there? Think again.

The only reason they didn't steal the Senate seat in Mississippi yesterday is because Mississippi state government is red.

There were some hinky things going on with the numbers yesterday. HUGE number shifts from just three weeks ago.

I know the DemoKKKrat Media was busy poisoning the well on Hyde-Smith, but they didn't have enough time for their poison fruit plantings to mature.

Pretty sure they stole Wisconsin, Michigan & Pennsylvania, too - not counting the in-your-face thefts in KKKalifornia.

I finally got around to looking at the Michigan numbers today, and they're hinky, too.

Caught a 500-700 vote shift in a normally Republican county (28% increase in KKKrat votes from the 2016 vote for Cankles to the 2018 vote for the incumbent KKKrat senator, and a corresponding decrease in the Pubbie vote).

Rockin’ QS Ranch is a joke between my wife, and myself.

It stands for Rockin’ Questionable Sanity Ranch.

absentee voting is “uniquely susceptible” to irregularities.

The purpose of much non-election day voting is fraud.
