I’m afraid that Russia no longer has any such capability.
She is saying it clearly: the purpose of the EU IS to eliminate the member countries, and to create a United States of Europe, with the former countries reduced to weak, whimpering shadows of their former selves.
The true end goal of all that is the elimination of the influence of Christianity in Europe, and replacing it with anything but Christianity.
