It’s the same Eric Schneiderman who completely exonerated the Clinton Foundation, saw nothing to investigate there. But New York state has filed a lawsuit against the Trump Foundation today, including Trump and his children, claiming that they were using it to personally enrich themselves and that they weren’t making significant and proper charitable donations. Folks, the Clinton Foundation was a total shell game. New York State chose not to investigate it. But the point is this. This is not an accidental news story, nor is it coincidental.”

The Supreme Court is the trial court.

New York’s highest State court is the Court of Appeals. Each county has a supreme court, the highest county-specific court. This decision was by the trial judge, not by an appellate court.
"Rope-a-dope". They're letting the Democrats "punch themselves out". Think the 1974 George Foreman vs Mohammad Ali fight.
Right now there's really nothing that they can do to Trump or the Trump Foundation. So why not let them waste their resources on nothing? The foundation will be dissolved --The President was attempting to do so back in 2016 but NY State stopped that with this bogus investigation.
Notice that when he thinks that he really HAS to fight, Trump hits back hard and immediately. It has far greater effect than anything the RNC has done in decades.
As for the RNC, they're becoming irrelevant to the Republican Party as donations are increasingly going directly to candidates instead of the party. So who cares what they do?

Fake news. The Supreme Court IS NOT the highest court in New York State. Fake news CBS is literally lying in the first sentence.
In New York the Court of Appeals is the highest Court in the State and nothing has been appealed to them yet.
This was a trial court denying a motion to dismiss and its a leftist hack judge at that.
Correct. CBS can’t even get this basic fact right.
