The divisions came during a tense day in which tempers flared and some migrants argued with caravan organizers and criticized Mexican officials. They were upset that Veracruz Gov. Miguel Angel Yunes had reneged on an offer late Friday to provide buses on Saturday to leapfrog the migrants to Mexico City.
The migrants trekked to the town of Isla, about 700 miles (1,126 kilometers) south of the U.S. border, where several thousand stopped to rest, eat and receive medical attention. They planned to spend the night there before departing at 5 a.m. Sunday en route to the town of Cordoba.
But other migrants, mainly men and the younger members of the group, kept on walking or hitching rides toward Puebla and Mexico City. They hunkered down for the night in Juan Rodriguez Clara or Tierra Blanca farther along the route.

Caravan organizers have pleaded for buses in recent days after three weeks on the road, hitching rides and walking. With the group scattered, some have raised questions about whether the caravan would stick together.
In a statement, the migrants lambasted Mexican officials for directing them northward through the Gulf Coast state of Veracruz, calling it the “route of death.” A trek via the sugar fields and fruit groves of Veracruz takes them through a state where hundreds of migrants have disappeared in recent years, falling prey to kidnappers looking for ransom payments.

Wonder if they were directed to Veracruz on purpose? Less trouble for Mexican Officials that way. Problem solved for Mexico...or partially?

Route of death? They set out on their own deaths walking thousands of miles with nothing but the kindness of strangers to help them along. Mexico shouldn’t answer the door when they come begging. Cart them back to where ever they came from.

It would seem to me...once you get within 200 miles of the border...you are deep into drug cartel territory. I don’t see the wisdom of walking five or six days in that neck of the woods.

That’s it. Why didn’t they help their own economy. If they wanted jobs, then apply in their own country and show up 10 minutes early and stay 10 minutes late. Stay off your iphones (yeah, we saw those and who’s paying for them?) during work and actually put in a day’s work for a day’s pay. Move up the ladder to higher pay. Quit popping out babies left and right if you can’t afford them. Clean up your yard and your neighborhood. And, by golly, vote for a better life.
And there is no way to blame Trump for it. This must be impossible for the democrats to take. Put the democrat party on suicide watch tomorrow night.

Only if it’s planned strategically. Military commanders ordering the shots. That’s not what’s happening here.
I am guessing that none of the invaders are doctors.
Someone else is providing medical assistance.
Likewise, they don’t have their own food and are not paying to stay at hotels.
They are blaming others for their own stupidity...natural Democrat voters
Walking? I saw yesterday that they made a 124 mile jump in one day. Or was it kilometers.
