Younger brother. There’s a reason why royals have a history of younger siblings not living long.

The first King of Saudi Arabia was King Ibn Saud, who was born in 1875 and established the kingdom by conquest in 1932. The Saud family was prominent before then, but didn’t control basically the whole Arabian peninsula until the 1930s.

King Ibn Saud died in 1953. Since then, Saudi Arabia has had 6 difference kings, all of whom have been sons of Ibn Saud. There were many more brothers, but only 6 have taken a turn on the throne, and evidently only one son of the founder is still living, beside the current monarch.

The Crown Prince would be the first King of Saudi Arabia that was not son of the founder.

With any luck, this will end up like Medieval British monarchy succession battles.

Sisters whose drowned bodies were found duct-taped together in Hudson River a DAY after they were ordered to return to Saudi Arabian as it’s revealed they ran away a year ago and begged police not to tell their parents where they were

On October 23, the girls’ mother Wafa’a received a phone call from an official at the Saudi Arabian consulate who ordered the entire family to return to their home country. It was in response to an application by the two sisters for political asylum in the United States.

I think that’s Amhed, brother of King Salman and the Uncle to the Crown Prince Mohamed bin Salman.

The UK Express also published the bombshell this week that the UK had knowledge of the Khashoggi plot two weeks in advance of that event. Now, either the Express is in bed with British Intelligence, or with the Saudi anti-Royal faction. (Or maybe both?)

From our point of view, there are good guys and bad guys in Saudi Arabia. The good guys may not be what most of us would think of as good guys, but POTUS has come to an understanding with them. MBS is Trump’s guy. Does that mean that there’s something nefarious about their relationship? No, it just means POTUS has laid down the law with him regarding severing the old ties to our deep state. If he double crosses POTUS, we’ll know. In the mean time, those Saudi’s looking to oust him are in bed with the Deep State.

I'm going to guess that the overthrow of MbS, the man who is a great promoter of unshackling SA from its medieval mindset, is the aim of Statists of every stripe. The President has forged a hopeful bond with the Crown Prince. And like the old guard politicians who had a stranglehold over our future, the future King is fighting off the corrupt royalists in his world.

The Western press, the MSM, is not able to report the emerging freedom of Sauds anymore than it can report how hard we are fighting to stave off power mad wannabe dictators here.

No, it just means POTUS has laid down the law with him [MbS] regarding severing the old ties to our deep state.

I totally agree.

I often ask myself why there is now so much vociferous hatred toward POTUS. I mean, didn’t he have a good relationship with the press before his presidential campaign? There’s gotta be a reason for the sudden vicious turn around and bite-back of the US press.

Saudi money before MbS was controlling the US deep state, including the press. With the POTUS-MbS, rapprochement - which was almost the first thing POTUS did - the deep state AND the media could see their very lucrative money stream (bribes) from SA dry up.

That’s why the media (and other members of the deep state) are so vehement to get Donald Trump out of the presidency and to overthrow MbS by any means necessary - they want their SA bribe money back.
