Democrats are preparing for a scenario in which the country does not know which party controls the House on election night.

Any contested races should be resolved before the start of the new session in early January.
Unless the democrats plan to argue that, having won an election, they get to overthrow the elected government on November 7th. WHich does sound like them.
That should be doable for the Dems after all we still have our cemetery votes, our pet votes, and our illegal alien votes
