While the 9th court sits in California, the circuit covers nine states and some territories. So the Senator from California does not have to be consulted for each judge.

Well, the De4ms here in Nevada are trying to get a person into the job of State Attorney General. I would bet that Feinstein is totally supportive of this candidate.
His name is AARON FORD. He was arrested for theft in Texas in his past. He voted to allow a person intruding or burglarizing your house to SUE the HOMEOWNER if the intruder gets injured in the course of criminal activity.
He claims to have 5 college degrees, but no info as to what those degrees are.

I do NOT believe that he has a law degree—or that he has passed the bar & has an active law license. BUT he wants to have the top- legal job in the state of Nevada.
Doesn’t the job title clearly indicate that the person holding the job should be an ATTORNEY???
ALSO-—— in California, the state Constitution clearly states that anyone holding the job of
State Attorney General there MUST have an active license to practice law for a minimum of the prior 5 years to holding that job.
Jerry Brown APPOINTED Bracerra to be Attorney General, and he has NOT had an active law license for over 26 years.
How come DiFi isn’t actively pushing to get this corrected?
In either case-—Bracerra or possibly Ford, IF neither holds a valid license to practice law, would that void any legal procedures they have signed????? Just asking.
