President Trump made some amusing remarks about RR in his speach today (I've got it playing on the Roku in the other room). He's boosted police, Rick Scott, Florida, foreign law enforcement associates in attendance, FEMA's prep for the coming big blow, and nationwide reduction of crime -- oh, and said Chicago needs extra help for the wave of shooting crime, and is going to get it. Employment at record levels, unemployment at historic lows, economy boosted, ex-con employment is up instead of recidivism. This appears to be a deliberate misdirection from President Trump. Most likely Rosenstein will suddenly "resign" to "spend more time with his family" and "to pursue other opportunities". After the November elections of course.
I expect that President Trump made Rosenstein an offer that he cannot refuse.
