The schedule is as follows:
8 a.m. ET: Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, gets a first look.
9 a.m. ET: Senate Judiciary Committee ranking member Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., will get access second.
10 a.m. ET: The rest of the Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee will be allowed in.
11 a.m. ET: The rest of the Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee will be allowed in.
Afterwards, all remaining senators will be be allowed to examine the findings, but not their staff members.

Suppose the final vote is 49 in favor 49 opposed with 2 abstains? Does anyone know if the VP can vote in that scenario?

I hope that is the case. In other words, it doesn’t have to be a 50-50 tie, with the VP making it 51-50 ( a majority). It could be 48-48, 49-49 etc.
One thing is clear..as the radical left has publically vowed to stop this nomination “by any means necessary”
I have been praying for the safety of the Senators who support BK. In this climate, I would hope they have heightened security protecting them from the mobsters on the far-left.
I wish Grassley would tell the FBI to send the bill for the investigation to Senator Flake. He might also consider a “viewing of the report fee” of an amount equal to 1/50 of the total cost of the investigation.
