The ACLU recently awarded Brett Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford. It is unclear why politicians and pundits still claim to believe Ford, given the lack of evidence in support of her serious accusations. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Southern California recently presented Christine Blasey Ford with its Roger Baldwin Courage Award. Blasey Ford accused Brett Kavanaugh of attempted rape, nearly derailing his Supreme Court nomination. Many Democratic politicians and members of corporate media proudly announce that they “believe” Ford and believe that Kavanaugh should be impeached. ... 1. There Is No Evidence that Ford and Kavanaugh Ever Met...

Christine Blasey Ford accepted the Robert Baldwin Courage Award on Sunday night from the Southern California chapter of the ACLU, thanking the organization for its “leadership in the struggle” in a rare public appearance since coming forward last year to accuse Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault. “When I came forward last September, I did not feel courageous.” Blasey Ford said. “I was simply doing my duty as a citizen, providing information to the Senate that I believed would be relevant to the Supreme Court nomination process. I thought anyone in my position would of course do the...

Protestors wheeled a big screen and speakers in front of Union Station Thursday night before Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh's expected appearance at the Federalist Society's black tie event. Playing on the screen was the testimony of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford from Kavanaugh's confirmation hearings last year. In her testimony, Ford alleged that Kavanaugh had sexually assaulted her while the two were at Yale. Ford's allegation wasn't the only sexual assault claim against Kavanaugh, but he vehemently denied the allegation in front of congressional committees and was eventually confirmed to the highest court in the country. Full title: Senators Follow Up With DOJ: What Happened to Our Criminal Referrals for People Who Lied About Kavanaugh? Last year then Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley referred a number of individuals to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution after they lied to congressional investigators about Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Two of those individuals were Julie Swetnick and disgraced attorney Michael Avenatti. "While the Committee was in the middle of its extensive investigation of the late-breaking sexual-assault allegations made by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford against Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh, Avenatti publicized his client’s allegations of...

The fourth alleged witness in Christine Blasey Ford’s story of alleged sexual assault by Judge Brett Kavanaugh denied the allegations in September. Leland Ingham Keyser says she has no recollection of EVER BEING AT A PARTY with Brett Kavanaugh and does not know him. THERE ARE NO WITNESSES WHO HAVE CONFIRMED CHRISTINE BLASEY FORD’S ACCUSATIONS! NOT ONE! Leland Keyser worked with the Judiciary committee and has testified for the THIRD TIME now that she has NEVER been at a party with Brett Kavanaugh. Christine Ford’s friend Leland Keyser said she was pressured by Democrats to change her story on Brett...

Last year, when Christine Blasey Ford emerged after then-Supreme Court nominee Brett KavanaughÂ’s confirmation hearings to accuse him of attempted rape at a house party when both were teenagers, there were many unanswered questions both about her story and her credibility. She offered no proof that she and Kavanaugh had ever even met. She couldnÂ’t remember where it happened, when it happened, or how she arrived at or departed from the party. None of the four alleged witnesses she eventually named, including one of her closest lifelong friends, corroborated her accusations. Prior to airing her allegations with the media, she...

Christine Blasey Ford’s lawyer Debra Katz on Wednesday admitted that ‘abortion rights’ is partially what motivated her client Christine to attack Brett Kavanaugh last year. What happened to Christine Blasey-Ford? Nobody cares, now that Democrats lost the PR battle. As it turns out, Blasey-Ford is indeed a lying skank, as Kevin Jackson tweeted. If Fox News had any guts, they would apologize to Jackson and beg him to return to Fox Snooze. But when have you known Leftists to admit their mistakes? And Blasey-Ford was a mistake. A big mistake for Democrats. As Rush Limbaugh noted, her name should be Blasey-Fraud. The only good part of this story is that democrats failed to ruin Kavanaugh. But they should be held accountable for their willingness to...

Just like millions of American women, Melania Trump pinned Christine Blasey Ford, the first accuser of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, for a liar in her fantastic tale of high school sexual assault. Here's the New York Post: First lady Melania Trump warned her husband that Dr. Christine Blasey Ford was not being truthful when she accused Justice Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her in high school, according to a new book. "You know that woman is lying, right?" Melania told the president, in an episode recounted in Justice on Trial: The Kavanaugh Confirmation and the Future of the Supreme...

In light of Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s appointment to the highest court in this country, Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s allegations and others’ must be taken seriously — their stories do have influence. Thus, it is even more important we evaluate what is defined as sexual violence. On March 29, Lucy Flores published an article describing her encounter with Biden: “He proceeded to plant a big slow kiss on the back of my head.” In response to Flores’ piece, Tarana Burke, the founder of the #MeToo movement, tweeted that his actions were “disrespectful and inexcusable,” emphasizing that Flores’ experience was worth bringing...

A former IT aide to New Hampshire Democratic Sen. Maggie Hassan mounted an “extraordinarily extensive data-theft scheme” against the office, the culprit’s plea agreement states. The plot included the installation of tiny “keylogging” devices that picked up every keystroke. Between July and October 2018, former IT aide Jackson Cosko worked with an unnamed accomplice, a then-current Hassan employee, who repeatedly lent him a key that he used to enter the office at night and who allegedly tried to destroy evidence for him. Cosko accepted responsibility for the events revealed by federal prosecutors in court Friday. A statement of facts that...

Blasey-Ford and all of the people who supported and enable her must face prosecution for the lies they told when she falsely accused Kavanaugh just as Smollett is going to face justice for his lies. Someone has to have the backbone to bring that woman and her supporters to trial.

When Professor Christine Blasey-Ford testified against the Supreme Court nomination of then-Judge Brett Kavanaugh, my very first impression was that her voice sounded fake. She sounded like a scared little girl, her voice tremulous, creating an impression of sadness and vulnerability – just the thing to create sympathy. I immediately wondered if this was some sort of act, or if her mental state was somehow altered for her performance on national television. As a former professor myself, I wondered how on Earth she could command a classroom with that scared little girl voice.

Dr. Ford’s lawyers neglected to inform their client that she could have been interviewed by female staffers at home, in private rather than the formal hearing in Washington, DC (Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a complaint to the Board of Professional Responsibility of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals of Debra S. Blasey-Ford, Feinstein, Schumer, Katz and ANYONE involved with that complete circus in the Senate trying to defame Kavanaugh should be arrested, charged with perjury and defamation of character at least, easily convicted and jailed. If possible, charges of sedition should be brought for undermining perfectly legal and proper governmental proceedings. Those people can NOT be allowed to get away with this. It only invites worse episodes later. Also, the women who accused Judge Roy Moore falsely should also face the same punishment. Where have they gone? If he actually did something, they should still be trying to bring a case...
