Exactly. The FBI has the transcript of her sworn testimony to a Senate committee. If she has information to add, she needs to swear it out in an affidavit and send it to Chairman Grassley, otherwise there is nothing for the FBI to interview her about.

With all the uncorroborated statements and inconsistencies Ford has piled up already, I’m having a hard time believing that she wants to be interviewed by the FBI. She could really create some perjury situations talking with the FBI.
They BOTH testified UNDER OATH during that hearing..under penalty of perjury so there is ZERO reason to have to interview them again makes no sense

Give her and her attorneys what they ‘want’. Grassley should refer her and her attorneys to the FBI/DOJ for a CRIMINAL investigation (perjury, etc. - she demonstrably lied in the hearing) & she’ll have plenty of opportunity to talk to the FBI. It will be more comprehensive than a background check on Kav AND I do believe the FBI would then be able to compel her to produce the records (polygraph/therapist notes) that Grassley has asked for & her attorneys have said they will only give to the FBI. So, arrange for her to talk to the FBI by making that referral.
