A woman who has accused Brett Kavanaugh, President Donald Trumps U.S. Supreme Court nominee, of sexual assault has given a Senate panel sworn statements from four people aimed at backing up her allegation, while a lawyer said he had details about a new allegation by another woman against the judge.
Lawyer Michael Avenatti said on Twitter he has submitted a sworn statement to the Senate Judiciary Committee from a woman accusing Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct. Reuters was not immediately able to verify the substance of the womans allegation.
Avenatti also represents adult film star Stormy Daniels, who previously filed suit against Trump to try to void a non-disclosure agreement under which the presidents former personal lawyer paid her $130,000 not to discuss her alleged relationship with Trump more than a decade ago....

Well, he IS just a creepy porn lawyer, and not the sharpest knife in the drawer.
Are their police reports? Anything contemporaneous?
it’s not 4chan
and where are the statements to back up the allegations?
It appears this is not a 4chan hoax.
A signed legal declaration was submitted to the committee lawyers.
And that’s a far piece from idle tweets and BS stories on CNN.
Someone once asked, “how many sexual misconduct allegations are eneough?”
The answer is simple: 1
But it has to be real and provable.
This is pretty much “I swear this is true because I said so. I even got this paper that says so. See?”
Apparently Kavanaugh and his friends has a regular habit of holding gang rape parties where many, many girls at Yale were repeatedly raped. But, sadly, no one thought to actually file a police report at the time.
This whole things is so much BS.
But if you look at what the woman claims happened, it makes the community, the local police and the FBI that did six background checks all look like idiots.
Occam’s razor tells me this unsubstantiated claim is pure fabrication, signed or not.
Reuters was not immediately able to verify the substance of the womans allegation
But that didn’t stop Reuters from running the story anyway!!!! And Yahoo and other presstitutes from plastering it all over their home page!!!
THIS IS TOTAL BS!!!!
It takes time to craft lies that seem like they’re true.
The Left lies ... Democrats in Congress lie ... they’ve got a taqiyya-like attitude when it comes to seeking any advantage they can get.

Sheesh, he's making Tom Cruise look like a choir boy...cue the Talkin Heads.
Statements under penalty of perjury? Sounds to me like this standard needs to be enforced, for once.
Well, a surname like “Swetnick” . . .
Sure sounds like a name someone would make up
Sorta like “Fawn Leibowitz”
Many want to laugh this off as a stunt of the creepy porn lawyser, but the woman is very attractive (as opposed to the others) - and she’s signed a sworn statement. She doesn’t live in left wing Silicon Valley, she works for the government, holding a clearance, in the DC area.
If she is made up, or a nutcase, or they can show she just got $1 million bucks, then it will be dismissed. But this will not be ignored by Flake, Murkowski, and Collins. Will there still be a vote on Friday? I doubt it, unless her story falls apart today via evidence she spent time in a mental institution or something.
Two things going on here:
Ford submitted statements. Those statements from an evidentiary basis are worthless. They amount to this: we can confirm that Christine Ford told us that something happened 35 years ago. We were not there but believe her.
The second thing going on is that:
Creepy
Porn
Lawyer
found a third woman to accuse Kavanaugh of a crime. Well, not a crime but being aware of a crime that occurred and he may or may not have been in on according to what witnesses who are not identified told her.
Like something from Mad Magazine when we were kids.
Fake News.
