The issue came to a head when the Pale Moon developer got into a fight with NoScript users. As far as I am concerned, any browser that does not work with NoScript (or an equivalent) is useless on the internet. (My bank's website brings in unnecessary and potentially malicious JavaScript from four (and sometimes five) dodgey domains; so I use NoScript very heavily even on supposedly trustworthy sites.)
