To give a good test, the examiner would have to interview the witness first about all the circumstances surrounding events that happened 36 years ago including several years before and several years after the event. If that didn’t happen, the results would be void and null.Polygraphs are all about a pattern of actions and a plural of events, not just one separate incident.

Polygraph is not accurate, otherwise the test would be 100% accurate over 100% of the people.
That test is well established. Go get your blood pressure tested. Just seeing a Doctor’s white lab coat will double your blood pressure over your real rate.

There is a good reason that polygraph evidence is not admissible in a court of law. Polygraph results are not always reliable .
With biofeedback training a polygraph itself can be beat.

I made my correctly stated name look like I was lying. And made every answer to every question look like I was lying...to include silent times between questions.
I call BS when you say it cannot be beaten. It can be made worthless, and that’s beaten.
The one solution is to give both Ford and Kavanaugh comparative polygraphs by the same approved examiner. I hope this happens. It will resolve the issue. Nothing else will. But I’ll bet you Ford will refuse.

Had no reason or motive to lie on any of the questions that were asked of me.
They were all pretty standard questions about honesty, integrity, performance, etc.
Exactly the same type of questions I would ask any applicant when I was the hiring authority for my Department.
I Told the absolute truth on every question asked.
