We don’t know what questions were asked either.

If she’s recalling this incident from psychotherapy, what kind of questions could possibly be asked?

Perhaps they asked her, her name.

I like the one where the police put a colander (metal food strainer for those of you in Rio Linda) with wires sticking out of it on a suspect’s head, and attached the other end with tape to a copy machine.

Every time he answered they would press the button to copy a message on the copier that said “He’s Lying”

The suspect got so rattled he confessed.

She “remembered” the story in 2012, and has been “counseled” about it since then. That’s plenty of time to cement it into memory and make it real,

I wonder what kind of girl (at age 15) went to a drunken party like the one she claims?

I’ve been to those myself when I was a teenager, and 50% of the girls I groped groped back... (at least!) how else are you going to find out which one wanted to? Does anyone else remember the game ‘7 minutes in heaven’? A step up from ‘spin the bottle’.

So... how often did she attend these kinds of parties, and what made the guys think she was the kind you could grope?

I know I have fond memories of Donna [name redacted] for being the first one to let me unhook a bra.

Exactly who administered this “test”? James Comey? John Brennan? Peter Strzok?

If it’s a suppressed memory and she focused on someone of authority then it’s possible it was someone else in authority in her life and she is still blocking the facts. Did her dad drink? How many people in her family? She may not remember how she got to the party or how she returned or where it was because she was home.

DiFi thinks you need to answer some questions to add legitimacy to your claims (because we can all see there is none).
Polygraph
Do you know when this happened?
No.
Do you know who's house it was?
No.
Was Bret Kavanaugh there?
I don't know.
Can you say for sure it was not Kavanaugh?
No.
Okay. We've got enough here...she passed.

Has Dr. Ford agreed to testify at the committee hearing? I don’t believe I’ve read that that has been confirmed. If she does, it will be a complete circus.

Q: Where was the party located?
A: Don’t remember
Q: How did you get there?
A: Don’t remember
Q: What year was it?
A: Don’t remember

Good bye!

The description I have heard of the polygraph test is that she was asked if the statement transcribed by the tester was accurate, and she answered “yes”, and was found to be truthful in that answer.

That is one screwed-up process. It seems designed to help the person being tested evade the truth.

The proper way to conduct this test would have been to verify details individually, over a series of questions, often repeated, to break down the subjects ability to mask their response.

As it was, if I give the examiner a story, he transcribes my statements, and then asks if the transcription is accurate, I can truthfully answer “yes” to that question even if every word on the paper is a lie, as long as the examiner transcribed everything I said accurately.

Yes, I think there is a fair chance that this is all bogus.

Yet I am struck by how little the WH is using political capital in Kavanaugh’s defense.

IMO he is a Deep Bushie moderate. Who knows? He could have even been faking his decisions to date to pull one over a USSC confirmation hearing. Wouldn’t shock me.

Meanwhile the corrupt likes of all the Bushes, Condi, etc., pushed him more than anyone else.

Did Kennedy agree to step down only if he or a short list of Kennedy favorites were to be nominated?

Don McGahn was Trump’s WH attorney who reportedly stood up to Trump’s request to have Mueller fired last year, then pushed for the admin to over-cooperate, by far, with the massive number of documents, interviews, etc., that they have given to Mueller. McGahn also reportedly pushed hard for Kavanaugh. And it was recently agreed he was leaving the WH.

All told I think there may be something to the reports from American Intelligence Media from weeks ago that Trump was on to Kavanaugh and would opt to let him go down in the approval process.

If you remember something incorrectly, it’d come out clean on a poly.

Could she have no memories of what occurred when she got drunk, and her mind has been filled with a false narrative to justify her actions? This is what the “me too” movement is doing to so many women.

Every criminal defense has a list of favorable polygraph contractors. You schedule several tests with a few examiners and then disclose the one with the best version of the results you were seeking. Criminal defense 101.

Thank you for the thread, and your experience. The thing that struck me yesterday was all of the clips of the Democrat politicians who all knew she was telling the truth. The Republicans were seemingly open-minded, while the Rats just KNEW.

The reason polygraph tests are not used in court for evidence is that sociopaths can pass them. Sociopaths have no conscience.

Polygraph Tests are JUNK.

I headed security in a former life and a polygraph had one purpose. The test intimidates gullible ignorant, usually young suspects into CONFESSION.

Polygraphs are junk science, guilt by intimidation.

If you are asked to take a polygraph test, just say no they are junk science.
If you still must take the test, remember it is an intimidation tool. Verbally trash the examiner theoughout the test that it is unreliable junk, that he lies, it is false accusation and not used in court.
Finallly, never ever confess when under a test.

The secret is out. Shhh.

So, no I put no weight on Dr. Ford's polygraph test but I do hold to polygraph tests, administered properly are accurate.

Me either, thanks for your comments.
