The oil companies should simply cease selling any petroleum products in California.

“So next they will say that if I dare venture across the border that not only must I leave my guns, fruits and veggies, but also my gas-powered car?”

So much for aviation and cars. I’m sure the Californians in 2045 will say F you to their predecessors.

Never happen. As a matter of fact its damned near impossible unless they want to go back to living in caves. Petroleum (they think they are banning “oil”) is in everything in one form or another that every single Californian touches. It and it’s by-products are what keep their economy going. Where do they think they will get tires from? Oil for their engines to transport goods and services. Fertilizer for their crops, etc.. They can never ban “fossil fuel” (note, I don’t personally believe the “oil” is coming from “fossils”).

I left in 1993. My mom and dad are still there. My mom’s side of the family all left for CO.
All my dad’s neighbors are leaving for AZ.
I go back to visit and it is stern reminder of why I left.
LOTS of good people in CA, LOTS. Its just too bad the big cities drown them out.

Nothing like backyard grilling with a solar oven. I’ll stick with oak and sycamore.

GOOD! Then car makers can make vehicles for all the rest of us without the stupid california emissions laws.

I’d wish they would freeze in the dark but just groping around suits me fine.

Not bloody likely.

Tempting to believe this is just more stupidity by California liberals, but I don’t think so. I think it is mere corruption. If we could follow the money we would know who is really cashing in on this BS.
