Never liked it. Made intelligent people look like dorks, misfits and limp-wrists.

“In 2017, stars Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, Kaley Cuoco, Simon Helberg and Kunal Nayyar signed new deals with each reportedly making around $1 million per episode.”
That sure beats being on the road doing stand-up comedy.
To: beethovenfan
I didn’t like it much for pretty much the same reason.
It just perpetuated the typical Hollywood stereotype of scientists & engineers.
Another example of Hollywood creativity! /sarcasm!!!!

Made fun of everyone but look who ended up with the good looking women.

I lost interest in it a long time ago, but it has certainly been a commercial success.

Is the the 3rd or 4th last season? I lost count.

I really liked it until Penny cut her hair. Ever since then they tried to make it more of a show that girls will like, and now it’s unwatchable.

The stars are all rich so they can quit comfortably, like Seinfeld.

What shock? I expected it to end sooner.

All of the characters will be making about a million per episode, IIRC.
Not a bad gig if you can get it.

You mean Parsons or a character on the show?

Fun show with outstanding writing. It’s time for them to wrap it up, if not a little past time. It’s reliably liberal, like everything from Hollywood, but never really made a point of it.
