JUST IN: Mueller Delays Sentencing Hearing for General Mike Flynn AGAIN

On Tuesday the Special Counsel pushed back General Mike Flynn’s sentencing hearing once again to September 17th.

Mueller’s last delay was issued on July 10th and the Special Counsel had until August 24th to file a new status report.

And here we are once again with another delay…

Via Washington Examiner reporter Kelly Cohen: robert mueller’s team has again delayed michael flynn’s sentencing hearing, which means he is likely still cooperating with the special counsel. next update will be 9/17.

Thank that dweeb Jeff Sessions for recusing himself and allowing a special prosecutor to be appointed right after Trump took office. Obama did not have to deal with a special prosecutor conducting fishing expeditions through his administration, but leave it to the GOP establishment idiots to find a way to anchor down the most conservative president we’ve had since at least Reagan.

Mueller can’t move to sentencing with Flynn. Mueller failed to turn over exculpatory information in the plea deal.

If Mueller takes it to sentencing, it increases the jeopardy to himself.

IMHO, if Mueller really has failed to turn over exculpatory evidence to Flynn’s lawyers, then those lawyers should advise Flynn to withdraw his improperly obtained “plea”.

One of the few positives I can see with today's apparent deep-state victories is that it appears they had to unload this stuff earlier than they wanted to - well before it will make much impact on the mid-terms. Maybe the holdout on Flynn's sentencing is their chance for any kind of "October surprise".

I'm still hoping this is a huge game of chicken between Trump and the swamp, and the swamp just blinked with Trump still holding all his cards. A girl can dream, right?
