Mueller can’t move to sentencing with Flynn. Mueller failed to turn over exculpatory information in the plea deal.
If Mueller takes it to sentencing, it increases the jeopardy to himself.
IMHO, if Mueller really has failed to turn over exculpatory evidence to Flynn’s lawyers, then those lawyers should advise Flynn to withdraw his improperly obtained “plea”.
