Anyone who has witnessed it before will recognize it immediately in Brennan. But he doesn't have Parkinson's disease as far as I know. Put he does have the symptoms of the mask. Regarding the Jihad against the unbelievers, Jihad itself occurs on four levels. Within the heart; with the tongue; spending wealth, and finally and most importantly, “By action of the hand”, i.e. the sword. Precisely because jihad is a visible holy struggle, those who participate with the sword are recognized Jihadists. Others are simply practicing Muslims. For those who take up the sword in Jihad the Koran stipulates no limits: See Koran, Sura 47:4; 9:29; 4:76,74; 8:12,38,39; 9:19.
