I am just amazed at all the comments after Barri’s tweet.
These people are certifiably insane!
They hate Trump so much they’re going to all boycott this beer because the owner thanked Trump for getting to keep a little bit more of his own company’s money?
7000+ people posting their howling outrage at Sam Adams beer, posting Sam Adams quotes (Trump I guess is King George to them), it’s just amazing to behold such collective psychoses.
Now I’m sure the Crazy Leftists will answer, “Well yeah! Nazi Trump, right?! He’s evil and everyone who offers a few words of praise are just as evil and complicit in every evil thing Trump does.”
But to regular, middle America, does this make sense?
I can’t see but how this turns MORE people AWAY from the democrats than attracts them.

I thought this was satire at first... Liberals have gone crazy. My family is all Democrats, and yeah, most of them are perturbed these days, but a few of them are just bat sh*t crazy. I can’t talk to them.
A long time ago, I can’t remember how long, Boston Brewing had a publicity campaign on a radio show in New York City; contestants would win prizes if they recorded themselves having sex in churches. Or something like that.
I have not drunk any of their products since.
There are multiple bars and beer distributors around here that do not carry BB products. BB is that hated. I think this feeling goes back to that publicity stunt.
That’s ok, we in Cincinnati, where we make more here than in Boston, will be drinking more to make up for it.

Not to start an argument, but it’s not about the beer or Sam Adams Beer specifically.
It’s about the right to be respectful—to yes, EVEN the president—without going on a full mentally deranged rampage against others for it.

The winners of the contest were to be given tickets to a music festival that was sponsored by Boston Beer Company.
