I don’t believe recall elections are constitutional here in PA. I can’t ever recall one anyway. Only a State Supreme Court judge who lost a regularly scheduled ten-year vote on retention.

I recall the “old days”. Like the Army of the 60’s, called blanket parties. Betcha the modern Army has no idea what a blanket party was.
