Our media’s valiant efforts to distract us notwithstanding, information continues to seep out that underscores how badly a housecleaning is needed in Washington, D.C.
Last week saw the release of the applications used to obtain warrants from the FISA court to spy on Carter Page, an adviser to the Trump presidential campaign. Obtained by Judicial Watch, the 400-plus pages of (heavily redacted) documents support the conclusions earlier drawn by the House Intelligence Committee (and denounced by Democrats as hysteria): the FISA warrants were obtained through obfuscation and deceit.
As various commentators predicted would be proven, the bulk of the information that formed the basis for the FISA warrant applications was the “dossier” of allegations about Donald Trump’s activities in Russia. This dossier was provided to the FBI by British spy Christopher Steele. Steele was hired during the 2016 presidential campaign by opposition research firm Fusion GPS, who was paid by Hillary Clinton’s law firm Perkins Coie, who was paid by the Clinton campaign and the DNC. The allegations were scandalous and completely unverified, in violation of federal statutes and FISA court rules.

Nice to read something that clearly states the case.
AS others have said, so what will happen next? The proof is there for all to see. Surely there will be consequences....but won’t hold my breath.

You know, from what we see and hear, it appears that the FISA judges are complicit. If they aren’t, why aren’t they raising a stink about how they’ve been lied to with these fradulent FISA Warrant Applications? So, as part of the swamp draining, I would think that they should be forced to testify before Congress about their involvement and/or suffer impeachment and removal from the bench. Everywhere you look the stench in our government is unbearable, particularly in the Judiciary, which is seems has become yet another arm of the RAT Party.
What factual information DIDN'T come from the dossier?
Wonder who reads the Boston Herald? The liberal Boston Globe has 3 times the circulation. Well, maybe people will at least see their headlines and be given food for thought.

well, Mass has only 30% conservative/independent, so the figure of the 1/3 circulation makes sense... although, sigh, the Herald is slowly losing it’s grip..

Because if they did raise the stink that they should be, they’d be dragging Strzok, et al, into their courtrooms and charging them with Perjury and Obstruction. Real Obstruction, not the farcical dream that they’re trying to attach to the President. And as members of the Protected Deep State Class, they can’t let any of their foot soldiers go down. Because then we would learn of their complicity and COLLUSION.

And we’d be well on our way to ending Mueller’s “witch hunt,” and punishing the guilty if it weren’t for the GOPe. I just hope that Trump, at the end of the day, is able to take his measure of the crooks in the Congress in his own Party.
Trump will at least order the un-redaction of the 20 pages Devin Nunes is looking for in the FISA Application, but - he is going to wait for the exact right time, about 3 weeks or so before the election, I’m guessing.
