I’m a sheriff. Don’t flood the country with 3D-printed guns. (barf alert)
Washington Post ^ | 26 july 2018 | Paul Penzone

Posted on 07/29/2018 5:18:44 AM PDT by rellimpank

I am not fearful of firearms. I believe the Second Amendment was written with purpose and with sensitivity to generational circumstances. But what I am extremely concerned about is who has access to firearms and the devastation firearms are capable of in the wrong hands.

Imagine a world in which anyone — including terrorists, convicted felons and domestic abusers — has immediate access to untraceable guns. Now imagine that many of these guns are made entirely of plastic or other materials not recognized by traditional metal detectors.

This unmanageable scenario may soon become a reality. In fact, as soon as Aug. 1, anyone with an Internet connection and a 3D printer — readily available in stores and online — will be able to make an untraceable handgun, rifle or assault weapon with just a few clicks. This is because the State Department has decided to allow a private company to post gun blueprints online for anyone to access. This is a reckless and dangerous action that will enable the uncontrolled distribution of downloadable, do-it-yourself firearms.

Are idiots like this sheriff as dumb as they sound, or do they think we are?

I haven’t noticed criminals having any problem accessing traditional guns. The government response, always, is to then crack down on law-abiding citizens employing their constitutional right.

While governments such as Obozo’s administration covertly send guns to Mexico, to be allowed to fall into the hands of the cartels, to then use the fall-out as yet another cudgel with which to brow-beat law-abiding citizens employing their constitutional right.

This “Sheriff” is Paul Penzone of Maricopa Country Arizona. He is a Democrat born in New Jersey elected by the Illegal Aliens and the allies to replace Joe Arpaio.

Tells you all you need to know.

He doesn’t believe in the Second Amendment at all, and he admits it by his comment that the Second Amendment is subject to “generational sensitivities” (i.e., that the Constitution as written is invalid, and is, in fact, a “living” constitution).

Not all sheriffs are good. This sheriff doesn’t understand and follow the Constitution.

That it is now (actually for the past several years) possible to make a firearm via 3D printing is irrelevant. It has always been possible to make usable firearms, at home, with readily available tools and materials. Such guns have been extremely variable in quality and servicablity, but they shoot (at least once). Plastic, 3D printed firearms are usually even less durable, accurate, or useful. The kind of 3D printers which can make things out of metal, and the powdered alloys needed to use them, are far more expensive and far less accessible than simple hand and power tools and the metals which are already available. “Got a Dremal? Got a gun.”

“This “Sheriff” is Paul Penzone of Maricopa Country Arizona. He is a Democrat born in New Jersey elected by the Illegal Aliens and the allies to replace Joe Arpaio”

Yup. That’s all this mafioso POS is. A turncoat loyal to his goombahs from Mexico. He has nothing to do with the Arizona I grew up in. The fact that his family had the right to live in Arizona came from the Americans and their Second Amendment, otherwise it would still be a wasteland of Apache terrorists and a few Mexican Caudillo thugs.

He needs to move further South if he wants to see the results of a society where only the gangsters have guns. Since he’s a Latin Catholic, guess he’ll just join them.

But Arpaio was the same background and he got it. So it must be Penzone who’s the problem.

Arizona needs to eject him. He doesn’t belong there, certainly not masquerading as an American policeman.

And the only reason Arpaio didn’’t win against this phony was the Obama lawsuit against Arpaio. The first thing Penzone did was break up the tent cities and let all the inmates go. He also got rid of the pink underwear that Arpaio made for the inmates. I sure hope there is another good Republican who will run against Penzone when he is up for reelection. The illegals invading this state have made it a tossup in many races. We need to take this state back.
