Obviously targeted to people (women and submissive men) who are completely ignorant of basic economics.
Women dumb enough to pay more for pink cardboard.
Why doesnt BC just keep track of which of their products women buy the most and lower those prices?
Go to Burger King on Facebook and send them a message rather than just complaining here.
But all a woman has to do to escape the “pink tax” tax is become a man!

Yeah, sort of some 27th generation feminism, whereby they take back the “c” word (actually probably both “C” words) for themselves, I guess — just as the “N” and “Q” words have been taken back.
Just be careful not to try appropriating them yourself!
I wonder, will they serve “D$*&” fries in a blue box?
Probably because the pink ones weren’t selling and they were trying to get rid of them before they were out of date.
I am not interested in FB, I like it here at FR.
I wondered how long that was going to take.
“I have heard women call each other the b-word recently and not meant in a confrontational way.”
Like the bumper sticker: “You call me ‘b!tch’ like that’s a bad thing”
I see what you did there ...
If you try, I recommend a condiment.
AS short-sighted as these moves are, they are actually geared towards getting white people (women, at least) to go back to eating Burger King garbage. The competition is so fierce for businesses today these goofy stunts are supposed to at least temporarily drive up business; the people smart enough to boycott over this stopped going to Burger King years ago.
A pink tax on the pink slurry?
Tried BK Chicken fries once. Never again.
In my area most of the clients are Hispanics (as are the workers); most fast-food chains have Latinized their menus to reflect this. No accident that obesity has spread so quickly in that community; eventually later generations will learn about diets.

I think the idea is eventually raise the prices of the products men use.
Quickly, very quickly.
Burger King's example here is a poor one. Women may pay more for products geared to them, but they don't pay more for burgers. I'm sure it costs a manufacturer more to produce and sell a women's razor because they don't sell in the same volume as men's razors (though this may change with so many hipsters growing beards these days).
The idea is to probably get more women to switch from McDonalds to BC, especially the stupid ones.
My point was that BC's claim on discrimination in pricing conveniently does not apply to themselves selling burgers.
If Men's razors are cheaper than women's (as they claim) the women are free to buy them and save $$$. They are more expensive because of either free choice and good marketing
Their whole claim is idiotic.
I would go to burger king over McDonalds if the 3 burger kings near me were not so nasty. I prefer whoppers. Ray Masker, the local franchise owner, runs a very tight ship here. My boy worked at one of them.
Soylent pink?
