Americans are losing support for special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation. Mueller oversees the investigation into Russia’s efforts to influence the 2016 presidential election, and he also examines whether the Russian government worked with Trump during the election. The special counsel investigation began when President Trump fired former FBI director James Comey.
Mueller’s inquiry has been going on for over a year now. At the start of the investigation, almost three-quarters of Americans believed the Russia investigation should continue. Now, that same support is down to a near even split: 52 support-45 against.

If the trendlines continue their present trajectory, that should be roughly mid November.
On the one hand we can say let’s investigate things. On the other hand, they keep finding nothing, so what’s the point of an investigation?
And you can’t just investigate for investigation sake. You need some sort of legal reason, probable cause, etc. You can’t legally anyway, just go on a fishing expedition and see what you find. You can’t just raid the office of the president’s attorney and seize records for no reason.
It is a sham based on a fake dossier.
It is staffed with opposition sharks.
The real crimes are being covered up by the same people who committed them.
