Brit Hume was bopping MeGYN Kelly while she was working her way up the ladder, one bed at a time. I'm sure the old lech was repulsive to her; he probably smelled of BO, cheap scotch, and urine.

I can imagine MeGYN lying under the old lech whispering to herself,

"You can get through it girl; you can get through it. Think Tiffany jewelry. Think summers in Provence. He's almost done. Grit your teeth girl. He's almost done".

The FISC law specifies the requirements that must be adhered to with regard to the contents of a FISA warrant application. That application violates some of those requirements, so it violates the law.

Does that make illegal?

Hume hasn’t been a “conservative columnist and commentator” for many years. Like George Will, his thoughts, comments and other pronouncements don’t mean anything to most real conservatives. Hume is a never-Trumper and his world is colored by that position. Not worth your time or mine.

Brit Hume has a bachelors degree in English. He doesn’t know shit about the law. But like all beltway talkers, he thinks he knows everything.

Somehow I don’t think Brit’s son thought of him as a hero like Brit thinks of himself. Maybe the old man will give us the same honor when he realizes what a wretch he is?

>> He says even if some parts were “improper”, the overall FISA warrant was not illegal.

William Ayers is admittedly guilty as sin yet free as a bird because of investigatory abuse of powers, thanks to “Deep Throat” (who himself was prosecuted).

The dirty cops have a bad case and trying to brush aside their abuse of power in this silent coup does no American any favors.

If corrupt bureaucrats signed here, here, and here, and a corrupt, legally-appointed Judge approved a pack of rehashed lies, the application probably is “legal”, even if the content is at odds with regulations and honest facts. Just as they were warned against ages ago, the American people have traded liberty for “safety” and have neither. The FISA process needs to be severely reformed, and all involved fired (Rosenstein).

No one will be held to account in a court of law for the attempted coup. I’m not advocating violence, but absent lynching, there will be no justice in this matter. The hallmark of a Clinton operation is that their first step is determining how to evade the law.

OK, what are Brit’s associations? Who is he indebted to? What are his relatives’ and in-laws’ connections?

"He says even if some parts were “improper”, the overall FISA warrant was not illegal."

Sorry Brit. They relied on the fake dossier as prime evidence for the request. People holding official government positions signed an affidavit declaring that they had reviewed and verified the dossier information included in the FISA application. The use of the dossier itself was improper because the FBI didn't verify it, but claimed they did. Therefore, the FISA warrant request was illegal. Not to mention the fact that they never divulged to the Judges the fact that a foreign agent had created the dossier, paid for by Hillary's campaign.

I guess Britt diesnt understand that the FBI signing those warrants were certifying that the Steele dossier was confirmed information

When they never even knew the sources or verified them
Only the author, Steele

It's big of Brit to admit that a FISA warrant based ENTIRELY on a document purchased by the Clinton campaign, a document that even its author refused to vouch for, just might be improper.
