Monday bump!
Asian recipes are the best. Takes only minutes to batter up, then dropped into hot oil a few minutes. The yummiest savory fritters ever, as an appy, or party finger food for a party. Dunk in Thai Sweet Chili Sauce.
ING cup rice flour (or scant cup a/p flour) teaspoon baking powder 2 tablespoons Asian fish sauce (or 1/4 tsp. salt for vegetarians) 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 eggs 1/2 small cubes tofu option cup corn (cut fresh off the cob or frozen) 4 green onions (sliced) cup chp coriander 1/2 bell pepper (green, diced) minced red or green chili ( or 1/2 teaspoon cayenne) 1/3 teaspoon turmeric
METHOD Break eggs into bowl. Add fish sauce or salt, and soy sauce. Whisk together. Add tofu option, corn, green onions, coriander, bell pepper, chili, and turmeric. Stir together. Add combined baking powder/flour a little at a time, stirring to form a thick mixture. Taste for salt.
FINAL Heat an inch veg oil. Drop heaping tablespoons into oil. Fry a minute before turning, cook golden-brown. Drain. Serve with Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
Being from York County, PA, corn fritters were a real treat for us, as my family moved around the country as Dad was promoted up Allied Chemical’s corporate ladder.
I thought the MSM was afraid that a belligerent Trump would start a nuclear war with North Korea. Now they're saying that they wanted Trump to be more aggressive with Putin?

I’m looking to Rush to come through bigly for Trump today.

Rush’s opening monologue refuted Byron York’s theory.
York writes today that Russiagate has two separate aspects — Russian meddling, and collusion — and York says that Trump yesterday should’ve acknowledged the meddling, while denying the collusion.
Rush refutes this as follows — if Trump had acknowledged the meddling, he would’ve fallen into the MSM’s trap and given them the pretext to report, “Trump admits his election was due to Russian meddling.”
So Rush says, Trump was absolutely right yesterday not to say Russia meddled. Trump is not going to let the MSM and Deep State take away his hard-won election victory, born of Trump’s love for this country. Trump is not going to let them deny the real meaning of the election.
Next Rush will address why the MSM is in hysteria about Trump-Putin meeting.
Even the ultra-liberal The Nation magazine believes this hypothesis and disputes the DNC and intelligence agency reports.
If we are to believe the forensic metadata analysis, then the Russian hacking theory (and resulting indictments) are unsupportable, and the only conclusion is that the DNC "hacking" was an inside job, not Russian meddling.

My post seemed to posit that the Russians actually did meddle (I don’t think Rush addressed that in his monologue)
As you post, that’s by no means proven.
The media expected Trump to confirm that Mueller’s investigation was valid by publicly addressing, shaming Putin for the Russia hacking.
Trump refused and the media, squishy Republicans, Fox news and Liberals went wild. Foaming at the mouth wild.
He simply said “I won” I won fair and square by out working crooked Hillary and the rest of the R candidates. I’m not going to let the lying media and the swamp creatures take that away from me. Bugger off.
Wow! Rush’s theory about why the MSM/DeepState freaked out over Trump-Putin meeting is quite original!
Rush says that, contrary to the crowd think, Mueller’s Friday indictment was NOT another nail in the coffin for Trump.
The MSM freaked out because THEY realized that the indictment actually showed that the Mueller investigation has nothing. Rosenstein’s statement about it emphasized that there is no allegation of collusion in it. Moreover, it’s being handed off to a counter-espionage dept that doesn’t prosecute cases, so nothing’s going to come of it. Not going to be prosecuted by Mueller’s pit bulls!
So the MSM freaked out. They’ve been counting on Mueller to overthrow Trump, and here comes Friday’s indictment that tells them it ain’t gonna happen!
Rush also said Monday’s MSM/DeepState reaction to Trump/Putin was pre-planned. Would’ve been the same no matter what Trump did.

So now the Democrats and the MSM want Trump to defend the integrity of our intelligence agencies, when those agencies are not themselves providing the proof of what really happened or what facts they really have.
They all want the forensic analysis of the DNC server metadata to be forgotten and dropped down the memory hole.
