Trump 2020, outside groups raise $32.7 million in just 3 months, small donors rule...

in just the last three months, an explosion of support driven by small donors, the groups have reported to the Federal Election Commission.

Trump and Vice President Mike Pence’s re-election campaign raised $8.3 million and, when added to the money collected by its two associated groups, the total was $17.7 million in the second reporting quarter. The campaign has $33 million on hand...... In the new report, it said that 98.5 percent of fundraising was from small donors.

America First Action and its nonprofit affiliate, America First Policies, raised another $15 million.

Those two have raised $47 million since being created in 2017, more than former President Obama’s two outside groups — Organizing for Action and Priorities USA — raised at their two-year mark, which came in Obama’s second term.

“I’m pretty proud of our team,” said Hicks. He added that supporters are not derailed by negative headlines. “People are a lot smarter than the media gives them credit for. The economy is doing great and people are very happy with what the president is doing on the international stage.”

Trump is bringing new donors because he has a non-politician’s style of making commitments and then keeping them. “He makes a promise. He keeps it. It’s that simple,” said White,

Just to speak from the perspective of the ‘little guy’...until the last election, I’d never donated to a single election campaign. In 2016, I went to $50 for Trump’s campaign. If he runs in 2020....I’ll probably throw $300 to the campaign.

My brother fits into the same profile, and I think across the nation...there’s hundreds of thousands of us...who just seems to be amused over the way that things have gone.

Yep.....Americans who support pres. Trump now will dig into their purses without a doubt to keep his agenda for this country moving for another four years. He’s already surpassed what was initially thought he’d do and then some....oh there will be some bumps for Americans along the way as we all have to have skin in bringing our nation up to where it needs to once again rise to. But if we all hang in there the outcome is certain to pay off! And it already has.

I donated several hundred to trump once it was obvious he was the guy....will probably do a bit more when he runs again.

Yet, I support Trump. Why? Because he's the long-overdue "disruptor" to the ossified Washington, DC political culture. He has exposed the Left for what they really are, for starters.
