Cabalist was busted a couple of years ago. This really shouldn't surprise anyone who has noticed (and who hasn't?) a sudden burst of media stories on the same topic and using the same or similar verbiage; for example, the burst that was the Kiddies In Cages hysteria of a few days ago. For another example, Trump's initial SOTU speech, described as "dark" in literally dozens of stories. You can't possibly miss this stuff.

It isn't illegal to do this assuming no classified information is distributed this way. But neither is it illegal to publicly name the members. I'd really like to see that list.

The fact that the original Journalist didn't result in every name on that list to be blackballed is a travesty..

Yawn. It's a discussion group of like-minded individuals. If you're trying to conspire secretly, you don't invite 400 others to join you on a social-media forum. Journalist ≡ liberal. What else is new?

I’ve been sure this existed for two years

It didn't take them long to get back on-message after JournoList 1.0 was busted. It was pretty clear that they'd just leaped to another filtered-access, by-invitation-only venue.

I'm just surprised that finding their new hive didn't require a big effort by the 4chan kiddies.

"....It isn't illegal to do this assuming no classified information is distributed this way. But neither is it illegal to publicly name the members. I'd really like to see that list."

Indeed. It would make for interesting reading!

From the Daily Caller article about the original JournoList:

"....Spencer Ackerman, for instance, suggested an effective tactic to distract from the issue would be to pick one of Obama’s critics, “Fred Barnes, Karl Rove, who cares — and call them racists.”

Now that's a suggestion that has certainly served the MSM well!!

How much you wanna bet there are a few True Blue Congressional staffers who have access to the latest one, "just to keep the boss informed" on the narrative that day?

so what good is this information without a list of all four hundred of the journalists and the news outlets they are affiliated with? This is the place where the leftist lies begin. So Why Don't We Have the Names and Spread Them Far and Wide?????

An aphorism attributed to Kruschev: “What we really need to do around here is to shoot a few more intellectuals.”

Same here, they rant up and down they’re not “communists” but “democratic socialists”. I just say, same same. Marx said socialism was just polite speech for communism.
