Well if all the kids are black, in their 3rd or 4th repeat of a school year, has only one parent at home, on welfare, in with a gang, typical inner-city black community then I believe that it is appropriate for this school, at other like schools, to be renamed after our 44th President in recognition of all of what he has done for the black community. Jeb Stuart would be happier still.
