Intuit suddenly stopped credit card processing on anything gun related without explanation. Intuit is TurboTax, Quicken, QuickBooks, etc. I won't be using TurboTax ever again.

Thanks to President Trump and Congress, I think most of us won’t need to use Turbo Tax anymore.

I quit using TurboTax four years ago when they jacked up their software pricing scheme (practically doubling the cost in one single year). They’ve made a number of bad decisions, and this gun purchases problem (if true) just demonstrates an ongoing problem.

Interesting. I bought a Sig at a gun show on Saturday, the dealer couldn’t get the charge to go through. Got some weird message he said he’d never seen before. Hm.

Meanwhile, nothing is being done about the illegal gun sales by criminals.

Intuit is also responsible for Quicken and Quickbooks

I guess Intuit is now willing to go the way of the dodo.

A boycott would mean a lot of other products and services would end. Quickbooks and Quicken come to mind right off the bat. LOTS of people use these for home and small business.

Maybe Intuit thought they could do this quietly and no one would notice.

I tried to send them a message via their website. Having used Turbotax for years, I’ll never use another Intuit product again.

Of course there’s no easy way to send them a message. Their site is laden with the typical lib company diversity and community commitment BS, though.

Just adding them to my list of boycotted firms, replacing Citi as the newest member.

They should not be allowed to do this. This corporate virtue signaling is getting ridiculous.

A legal transaction needs to be able to go through. Where does this end?

There’s a responsibility here with them as people are using their own credit cards in good faith to purchase goods and services.

Well, considering what causes more deaths, they’d damn well better be banning booze and tobacco transactions, too. If not, the are max hypocrites.

don’t use their products - What part of the service agreement allows them to determine what my business or what I do?

Failed business plan: Offend half of your customers by entering the culture wars.

So far, the NFL, Intuit, and many other companies/organizations have tried it. More keep joining the list, because eventually offending customers rather than providing what they came for has to work. Doesn’t it?

Short INTU stock.

It’s overbought and above projected 52 week price projections.
