FULL TITLE: Corrupt Obama Appointed Judge Amy Berman Jackson Does It Again: Puts Politics Before Law in Manafort Case – Should be Removed
It sure seems like every Obama appointed judge is a far left radical who puts their own distorted interpretation of reality ahead of the US Constitution. In this respect, US District Judge Amy Berman Jackson is a case study. This past week she again showed that she puts politics before the law. Her actions with Paul Manafort alone are cause for her to be removed or impeached.
We reported two months ago and again earlier this month, that Obama appointed liberal activist Judge, Amy Berman Jackson, was assigned to the most important court case in US history. Sadly, Judge Jackson has a horrible far left record on the bench. In 2013 Judge Jackson rejected arguments from the Catholic Church that Obamacare’s requirements that employers provide cost free coverage to contraceptive services is contrary to their religious beliefs and violated their religious and free speech freedoms. This was overturned by the Supreme Court.

There were very good reasons for the founders to exclude from the Presidency the children of foreign nationals, they are born with divided loyalties, allegiances and citizenships.
People born with multiple citizenships are not naturally Americans.
Too bad there wasn’t an effective way of removing judges that do not follow the law. Unfortunately, that would be in the neighborhood of finding a unicorn herd.
I believe that Liberals are evil, corrupt to their core, and traitors to any and everything good for our country.

Were the Founding Fathers mostly lawyers? I’ll have to check but hope someone more familiar with their backgrounds will help out. Otherwise, this part of our foundation may have structural deficiencies.
I agree with you wholeheartedly. It is up to us to expose them as well!!
With the current Republicans we have no way to impeach a judge. Gone are the days to process out communists. This judge is a communists Democrat and we are loaded with them.
Nominated by President Obama, Judge Amy Berman Jackson’s nomination was reported to the Senate without hearings by Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy on February 3, 2011. She was confirmed by a 97-0 vote of the Senate on March 17, 2011 and received her commission the next day. The American Bar Association had rated her as “unanimously well qualified” for the appointment.
It appears the Republicans in the Senate were unanimous in their approval of Judge Jackson. At the time the Republicans were in the minority. Why were Republicans approving of this “far left” appointment.
Compare to the Democrat treatment of every judicial appointment by President Trump.
