Despite angry protests and the threat of a looming lawsuit, the city of Boulder, Colorado, took a bold stand for gun control this week.
Its city council unanimously passed an ordinance on Tuesday to ban the sale and possession of assault weapons, bump stocks and high-capacity magazines — becoming one of a handful of cities nationwide that has taken action to change its gun laws in the wake of the Parkland, Florida, shooting massacre.

Such laws should be required to EXACTLY define these ‘assualt weapons’ they apply to, so that heavy handed negligence and feel good actions DONT steal the rights of the citizens.
In the past various commie legislation was so vague that government agencies like the ATF couldnt actually define what they were supposed to be enforcing for these “assualt weapon “ bannings.
All Boulder politicians/bureacrats should also be mandated to NOT own any weapons and neither have any armed security for themselves (at home) or in their workplace as a ‘good faith’ demonstration of THEIR SINCERE BELIEF how SAFE society is - LET THEM LEAD BY EXAMPLE.

Actually he suspected no one would shoot back. No gun signs in Commierado have no law behind them. Many folks ignore them and go about their business. Light rail had a no weapons sign. These idiots do not understand that would mean no defense after getting off and before getting on the train.
If someone is stupid enough to obey their ordinance, they deserve whatever happens. Arrest and conviction isn’t it.
