If he becomes one of them, then I think this movement continues, without him."

Smartest comment I have read in the "Media" for a very long time. No surprise it comes from someone like Harry and not the political/media class.

Trump puts on no airs... he is who he is. I can get along with those who are the same in and out... I don’t trust those who put on the dog for company and have 2 faces depending on who they are with.

Trump does not talk like them... and he does not think like them.... he is honest and loyal. THEY consider that back woods and not smart. I consider it in a whole different way. They are so deep in the pit for so long, they don’t know a thing. Trump outsmarts them and I don’t think they even know it.

Great article. Other than the "Democrat union official" part of this story, she could have been writing about me.

I had supported Cruz early on because I thought he had the most conservative credentials, but I got on the Trump bandwagon as soon as it was clear to me that he was serious about winning the GOP nomination. Before that, I was fascinated with Trump's campaign and his supporters as a social/cultural phenomenon more than anything else.

I became a die-hard Trump supporter at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania several weeks before the election. It wasn't Trump who made me such a passionate supporter ... it was the other people at the rally. These were the most decent, patriotic Americans I had ever associated with in my life.

“Trump outsmarts them and I don’t think they even know it.”

That’s the BEST PART - they don’t know it. They are so stuffed with themselves that they can’t comprehend anyone is smarter than they are, not to mention someone who is such a bore, like Trump.

Perhaps they will never understand that the ship and the crew are not the Tea Party – the Tea Party is the wind.

I love your description.

I’ve maintained that the best thing about Trump is when the leftist media says “In 1998 you said......” Trump says “So?”

He owns his past and doesn’t care. The typical establishment response is “I apologize and will convene a panel to help me with my mistake.”

He’s given conservatives permission to fight back.

When I get to reading Daily Mail comments, my head shakes in amazement at how truly ignorant 99% of the posters are. They have less than no clue about who DJT really is, his talents, his core beliefs, his genius I.Q., his ability to strategize far beyond what the sharpest negotiators can fathom, etc. They dismiss him as an utter ignoramus.

I read somewhere that his opponents are so completely confident of their victory, right up until he wins! Ha!

This time, he has taken on the worldwide evil infrastructure. And with God’s Hand on him, when Good prevails, it will be an incredible sight to behold.

That was in 2015... not too bad for one to decide. Can I ask you some questions on this? Evidently you were not sold on him before this?

Were you a republican and not sure or were you a democrat and did not want to vote for hillary?

What about him at first made you doubt him and what was it at this rally that convinced you?

I have wanted to talk to someone who does not like Trump and ask why.
If it’s personal characteristic, then it’s not a good enough excuse but I’d still like to ask questions of that person.
1. don’t like the way he talks ... but he gave you a tax cut.. which is important?
2. don’t like his hair, .... but he cut all the restrictions that hindered growth and jobs and so many things... which is important?
3. don’t like his tweets, but he is building a border wall for our safety and to keep our country, ours.. which is important?

I’d like to get to the base reason they don’t like Trump to the point where they won’t vote for him. in 2016 the other choice was hillary. if you don’t know who she is and what she is, I enlightened many a younger person as to what she stood for and what she has done. They would not know nor believe me, so I had a link I’d give to them and tell them to go educate themselves on what she was.
Younger folks do not know what we have and what it would be like if we lost it.. and we almost have! They’d vote for a communist and think he had good answers and ways and ideas. They have no idea!

That was in 2015... not too bad for one to decide. Can I ask you some questions on this? Evidently you were not sold on him before this?

I live in fly-over country... Sure, I had heard of and read about 'the Donald' since the 80's, but did not pay much attention to him, until he started bugging Obama for his bonafides... I knew that Obama did not fit the requirement of 'natural born' US citizen, regardless of where he was born. His claimed daddy was never a US citizen...

My initial candidate was the WI governor, but all too quickly he went GOPe limp. I actually thought candidate Trump's initial announcement was a 'joke'... but then I watched the first AZ rally. The Jamiel Shaw story was heartbreaking and I knew no other GOPe candidate would ever address the illegal invasion.

Were you a republican and not sure or were you a democrat and did not want to vote for hillary?

I am a registered republican, and have never voted for a democrat ballot... After the 'republicans' helped liberals enslave 'we the people' to the tune of trillions I had my fill of politicians. I have been repulsed by Q Jezebel since that Iowa caucus, where she bitched about people thinking she ought to be baking cookies... That was beneath her.

What about him at first made you doubt him and what was it at this rally that convinced you?

I am not into 'reality TV ... although I did watch some of the Duck Dynasty shows.. but, never had interest in the Apprentice. Cindy Adams columns on the Donald was about the depth of my awareness of Donald Trump. That is until he began bugging Obama about his unfounded claims of being born in Hawaii.

See I was born in Germany, to two US citizen parents, and I learned when I was in 'middle school', passing the US Constitution test was required,(late 60's) the meaning of 'natural born' US citizenship... I was not a 'natural born US citizen', a gift the founders gave to, only, two US citizens parents the power to produce...by birthing that child on US soil, 'natural born' US citizenship. And I knew Obama did not fulfill the Constitutional requirement to hold the office of president. I despise the so called 'conservatives', that claim they follow the original intent of our Constitution, and allowed Obama to poke his Muslim finger in our eye for 8 long years.

I was surprised to hear what candidate Trump was running 'for' and saw/heard his unadulterated love of the USA... I have not seen that in any candidate, since Ronald Reagan... Newt came close, but Newt is better served teaching history rather than making it.

I have wanted to talk to someone who does not like Trump and ask why. If it’s personal characteristic, then it’s not a good enough excuse but I’d still like to ask questions of that person. 1. don’t like the way he talks ... but he gave you a tax cut.. which is important?

Perhaps it is my own Scottish and German heritage ... but I love Trump speak. He cuts to the core, and yet he injects things in his speech that are seemingly out of order, but, later one discovers those words were specifically planted to a specific person... I credit Scott Adams to helping me cipher Trump speak.

2. don’t like his hair, .... but he cut all the restrictions that hindered growth and jobs and so many things... which is important?

IF I did not like President Trump, perhaps I would itch about his hair.. He has demonstrated he knows how to produce as a private citizen, in spite of the political oligarchs, that beat a path to his door, begging or even intimidating him for money to stay in business.

3. don’t like his tweets, but he is building a border wall for our safety and to keep our country, ours.. which is important?

While I do not do twitter ... I love his tweets, because he is reaching out directly to 'we the people'.. I could type pages on the so called religious fakes, tapped into the treasury of 'we the people' in their human trafficking scam.

Humans are creatures of habit... the majority are followers ... I have a sibling that despises Trump. Waits each day with baited breath they finally got him now... Only a divine intervention would ever change that mind. Raised her children to emulate Hillry Clinton... and acts just like the old Jezebel... could not care less about her heritage... I am often reminded of the cause of why God would have it recorded two times that before they were born, Jacob I loved and Esau I hated...

Younger folks do not know what we have and what it would be like if we lost it.. and we almost have! They’d vote for a communist and think he had good answers and ways and ideas. They have no idea!

The strong showing of the socialist Bernie Sanders ought to cause God loving Americans to shudder... Old Bernie made no bones about his intentions.. My personal opinion reverts back to the story of Gideon... God pared down that army to 300 and they used trumpets as instruments of war.

The self admitted liberals and progressives have nothing on the 'never-trumpets', claiming to be 'conservative', when it comes to disparaging all things Trump. Want some fun... go back to comments posted here on FR by some against all things Trump during the primaries...

Very interesting!! Trump caught you, as he did many more. I’d like to talk to someone like you described your sibling. I just want to know why they don’t like him. I can understand some of the piddly reasons, but they are just that...piddly. In the scope of things, he is a great President... and if they can’t see that, I want to know where their senses are... do they allow all the outter things take precedence over the inner important things. If that’s the case, then they are shallow people.

To see our country, under obama, be destroyed as I knew it... was heart breaking... and made me angry... I had to quit watching the news. Then to see one come in and restore, fix, give us hope again for our country, it is like night and day. The media is making it hard to watch any news still... and they hate him to the point it’s ridiculous and they are shallow to the core.

That swamp ran deeper than anyone knew!
