[Mueller] Tells {Judge] ... Investigative Scope Was Detailed in Super-Secret Verbal Instructions…
The Conservative Treehouse ^ | May 5, 2018 | Sundance

It is only now coming to light how Asst. Attorney General Rod Rosenstein essentially appointed the Special Counsel to take over the counterintelligence investigation originally begun by the FBI in 2016. Also previously unknown: part of the initiating mandate included the special counsel being granted use of a sketchy FISA Court Title-1 surveillance warrant initially applied against Carter Page in October 2016.

True, and I’m fine with Stormy. Trump’s approval has only increased during Stormy, and now with Rudy spilling the beans (intentional or not), saying that Trump paid it himself, out of his own pocket, there’s nothing criminally left to hang on Trump or his people.

So, with CNN shoving her front and center non-stop, people are finally responding and are simply SICK OF IT.

Two words...Star Chamber. One of the powers that amendments 4 5 6,7 & 8 were placed in the Constitution to deny to the state.

This concerns me with Rosenstein. He is either an accomplice or a fool. Q says we can trust RR but Judge Ellis casts doubt in my eyes

When everything else is written down, last-minute, exculpatory verbal instructions to self-vindicate what a judge has pointed out as highly inappropriate are called a convenient lie.

The only reason this extreme chutzpah is being used is it's just a grasping-at-straws, teensy bit less damning than the original criminal acts.

I have no doubt that Rosenstein and Mueller used proper protocol when the super secret verb instructions were exchanged.

The original counterintelligence investigation started under the FBI that was continued by Mueller was based on zero (0) intel. This is the same Investigation that got a title 1 warrant and they used this against Manafort. If Mueller,s super secret authority was only by word of mouth I don’t think that will fly

There is no law or rule it has to be in writing just “consult”

https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/28/part-600

§ 600.4 Jurisdiction.
(a)Original jurisdiction. The jurisdiction of a Special Counsel shall be established by the Attorney General. The Special Counsel will be provided with a specific factual statement of the matter to be investigated. The jurisdiction of a Special Counsel shall also include the authority to investigate and prosecute federal crimes committed in the course of, and with intent to interfere with, the Special Counsel’s investigation, such as perjury, obstruction of justice, destruction of evidence, and intimidation of witnesses; and to conduct appeals arising out of the matter being investigated and/or prosecuted.

(b)Additional jurisdiction. If in the course of his or her investigation the Special Counsel concludes that additional jurisdiction beyond that specified in his or her original jurisdiction is necessary in order to fully investigate and resolve the matters assigned, or to investigate new matters that come to light in the course of his or her investigation, he or she shall consult with the Attorney General, who will determine whether to include the additional matters within the Special Counsel’s jurisdiction or assign them elsewhere.

Simple as ABC........

<><> (A) send investigators to interview Rosenstein and Mueller,

<><> (B) have the two describe, in detail, the “Super Secret Verbal Instructions,”
and any notes, cue cards, sign language, Braille, flash cards, or whatever is associated with the matter.

<><> (C) if the two accounts aren’t exactly the same......US Code 18USC1001 sends them to jail************

Yes, Yes,YEs, YES!!!!!! without possibility of parole.

It would be funny if it wasn't so serious.

Did Mueller's team actually tell the judge that the scope memo had super secret verbal instructions, of which no written record exists?

Even little ole' me wouldn't fall for that bunch of BS.

This case just keeps getting curiouser and curiouser.

But wait. The judge said he had a copy of the authorization, but it was heavily redacted. The judge wants an unredacted copy.

Clearly a written document exists that the judge wants.

I think they are either going to have to give the judge the document, or the judge is going to dismiss the case against Manafort. And I hope he dismisses it with prejudice.

The critical point we must be making.......
these lowlifes Hillary/Obama/Rice/Jarrett/Mueller/Comey and the rest
used the machinery of the US govt AGAINST American citizens.

These are corrupt tactics routinely used by tinpot dictators and marauders in the Third World.

Not done in a free republic.

The power-mad cabal listed above have the diseased Third World mindset. Maybe they got bit by a tse tse fly?

I wonder, in their search for evidence to destroy President Trump, how much criminal activity commited by democrats, never trumpers, and justice department officials they had to wade through. I can picture a large stack of papers marked “felonies, but irrelevant to investigation”.
