Twenty-seven more women have accused Charlie Rose of sexual harassment, according to a report Thursday that says CBS was alerted to his alleged behavior as early as 1986 and as recently as April 2017.
The 76-year-old journalist was fired from CBS and PBS in November in light of sexual misconduct allegations from eight women.
But an additional 27 have now come forward — 14 CBS News employees and 13 others who worked with him elsewhere, according to the Washington Post, which conducted five months of interviews and spoke with more than 100 of his former colleagues.
The new allegations date back to 1976, when Rose allegedly exposed his penis to Joana Matthias, a former research assistant, and allegedly groped her breasts while working at NBC News’ Washington bureau.
“This other personality would come through, and the groping would happen,” Matthias, 63, told the newspaper.

27 more? We’re getting to Bill Cosby level numbers, although most of the Rose accusers were awake.
Damn, I don’t even know 27 females let alone any I would want to sexually harass.......
These women are all low life as far as I’m concerned....and I’m a woman. They chose to play in those parks knowing full well how it works before they stepped into it. I have no sympathy for women crying in spilled milk they tipped over.
Anything to do with TV or Hollywood knows the filth it’s made up of well before they jump into that mire....and the fact ‘all’ the women there dress half naked shows they love to broadcast their bodys.
Do these media guys ever do any work, or do they just chase women and have trysts most of the day? Maybe the media outlets should make these guys stay at home until just before their broadcasts, because they sure seem to have too much time on their hands while at the office.

I could barely handle one, much less 27.
I’m sure they’ll all lying. Women are always lying about sexual abuse. Shoot, women are always lying about everything, even about whether they’re women.

He should be in jail.
Ladies, when you lose money at the track or playing the market, there’s always that vague, unsubstantiated ‘sexual impropriety’ allegation you can fall back on - so take heart.
