When former U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice John Paul Stevens called for repeal of the Second Amendment in a New York Times op-ed last week, Democratic Party officials largely laid low.
But the vice chairman for civic engagement and voter protection for the Democratic National Committee issued a tweet urging “Repeal the Second Amendment,” with a link to Stevens’ op-ed:

1) Repeal the Second Article of the Bill of Rights to allow confiscation of firearms, and,
2) Disband CIS and the Border Patrol and guarantee citizenship and voting rights to all illegals.

These idiots fail to understand that 2A doesn't -grant- the right to keep and bear arms. 2A merely states an obvious truism -- that the God-given right of keeping and bearing armed shall not be infringed by any government action.
Repeal all you want, fools. The RKBA remains in effect, regardless. Then, if you dare, try to infringe on it more than you already have. You may find that action to be exceedingly detrimental to your health.

How would a tool with many other applications, which configured a certain way produces modulated energy that results in death, how would that be classed? The effect as an example, could be a disruption of the nervous system such that all higher brain activity and autonomic nervous reflexes are disrupted. Two, such a stance is going to hurt them in the election. Really? Go after the Bill Of Rights? You couldn't tee up a better issue for the GOP to go after you with. That is of course assuming the GOP candidates have the cajones to do so. That's actually not a given...
